Wardens were through a few times and never said anything, so I guess they were ok with it. If we stayed longer, we would probably work a little harder to get into another site, but would not be right on the water.
Bathrooms were very clean and with running water, however we didn't use them. Quiet with a few Fishing Boats in and out, some Dock Fishing and families using Pavillions. There were probably 5 other over-night campers, mostly small Vans and a Tent.

We are tent camping and the area is nice and flat, which makes setting up a breeze. There are also plenty of trees to provide shade and protection from the rain. There are lights by some of the sites but they are not obnoxiously bright.
I will definitely stay here again if I come through this area!

Rolled in around midnight and it was super easy to find. Loads of spots, but we were almost alone. Great view — would return!

Staff came to clean bathrooms and empty garbage during our stay. John, the reservoir manager even made a special point to come introduce himself and offer and assistance needed. If we didn't have to leave, we would have stayed the week.

I stay mostly free so this is pretty decent. Good views. Lots of asphalt but lots of trees and birds. Regularly visited by police but no hassles. Everybody left me alone. No locals except those fishing. Arrived on Monday and will leave on Monday.

I should have paid better attention on Campendium to the fact that it was labeled a "park" instead of a "campground". It was a very large parking lot with little alcoves that you could back a trailer into. A very large trailer would probably not have been able to fit. There were picnic tables and large trash cans around each spot. There was a bathroom with flush toilets, but they were metal toilets which made them very cold to use! There was really good Verizon service the whole time I was there. Overall I would prefer to stay in an actual campground, but this was a nice area that felt pretty secluded. There was some day traffic, but nothing terrible.

Great little camping spot. No hook ups. Just pull a up and park. Can camp on asphalt or grass/sand area. Swimming and fishing off the multiple docks. Boat docks. This is our second stay here and we really enjoy it.

Nice area right on the lake. They have little bbq pits you can use and trash cans to put your bagged trash in. We were the only people there at our time of visit so very quiet and the lake was very still. We woke up around 2 am to a raccoon getting into the trash outside so that was fun

Easy access with asphalt roads. Wooded area for parking RVs. No water, electricity or dump. Every spot does have a view of the lake. Excellent fishing opportunities from the waters edge off docks or using the boat launch. Good lighting and regular patrols by park rangers.
