RV park was clean neat and well taken care of. Some shade and quite considering that it is almost in town.

We liked this campground a lot - the hosts were very friendly, the location was great, and the laundry room and bathrooms were in great condition and super clean. They also have very fast Wi-Fi, fast enough to stream video - at least off season. They have a fenced & grassed dog run, too.
My only minor complaints are: (1) the price seemed a bit high for off season (early March), which may explain why there were only about 6 campers total there; (2) there is quite a lot of road noise, as the campground is right off Hwy 89 - the price of a convenient location; and (3) there are only 3 washers and 3 dryers. This wasn't an issue for us, since the campground was nearly empty during our stay, but I can imagine a lot of contention for the machines if the campground were full.
These minor complaints aside, we liked Kanab RV Corral and would stay here again.

Great site. Would definitely stay here again. We work from our RV and Internet was lightning fast. On-site bathrooms were spotless. Super friendly staff and owner.

The level of care I experienced the staff and owners taking at this cute RV park, nestled just down the street from Main Street Kanab was impressive. The bathrooms were clean and bright. The laundry room, the same. The grassy areas were lush and well manicured, including the small dog park...which my dog appreciated since there’s not a lot of green grassy areas around AZ/UT!
We stayed in site 30 (I think), which is a perfect little oasis! It is right under a tree and next to the pool. Perfect to help make a full RV park feel a bit like your own little space.
I was told the pool wouldn’t be open as early as we would be there in the summer but by the time we arrived it had opened. While I didn’t get to use it like I would have liked, I will definitely be back to take advantage of the cool water later this summer - as I hope to stay a bit longer next time!
I definitely recommend this spot. You can walk to restaurants and the grocery story easily! Check out Dreamland Safari for local tours and they pick up right at your site! 🙌🏻

The Corral is a great little RV park in a good location. It is steps away from the business district and grocery stores when you need them. The park is mostly all gravel with some trees for shade in the hot summer sun. The spaces are generally spaced nicely and many are very long/deep. We stayed in space 12 and it was long enough for our 35’ fifth wheel and truck with room to spare. In the warmer months they have a pool but it is still closed in March. The park does not have cable TV but the town has access to several digital channels over the antenna. We had some trouble getting these to tune in but not a biggie as they have a solid Wifi signal that was consistent. They don’t even care if you stream video! Kudos to this park for having a modern internet connection. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. We would recommend this park to anyone passing through the Kanab Utah area.

We stayed for one night as an overnighter on our way to the pacific NW. full hook ups and pu through sites, it’s in the middle of town, you can prob walk to restaurants etc. this is not my usual camping though so if I was coming back, I would not choose this as my home base for exploring Zion and surroundings as I like to be in a more campground setting than right next to my neighbor. They have a pool and WiFi but we didn’t use either

Rather than boondock near the North Rim we decided to play it safe and use Kanab and the RV Corral as our HQ for day trips to the North Rim, Zion, and Bryce. Alas, we were not drawn in the walk-up lottery for The Wave, but we shall return and try again! We really enjoyed our stay and made good use of the internet, the extra clean laundry room and bathrooms. And the dog run was great for our two little guys. If you're needing to stay in Kanab, this is a great choice.

Our site was on the back side of the campground away from 89A. We never heard any traffic from 89A, the campground was overall nice and quiet. Sites are a little on the skinny side, enough room for slides but not a lot of extra space between neighboring sites. Many of the sites have nice large shade trees, so make sure to check Google Earth if you care to figure out which sites you want most. Most sites are packed gravel. Upon check in we were greeted with a great attitude and a smile.
Sites cost $37 to $45 per night depending on which one you reserve. There is a 10% discount for Good Sam Members, however there is an extra charge for each person over two (0-3 Free, 4-15 $2 each, 16+ $4 each).
The campground was pretty much full the entire time we were there, so I recommend reservations. Pool, bathroom, showers, and laundry room were all nice and well kept / clean. WiFi was great / strong, could easily stream Netflix, Hulu, etc.
Location is ideal for exploring the area, kind of in the middle off everything with Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon, similar distances apart, lots of hiking,
My only major complaint was the power. During the heat of the day (around 90+ degrees) with all the air conditioners running, the voltage in the park drops low enough to be a concern often down around 110 volts, one day it dropped enough that my power protection/surge unit disconnected. This occurred why we were away and the voltage was still to low to turn back on when we got back. Unfortunately it was 90 degrees in the trailer.
