Peter, park manager was extremely helpful and very pleasant to speak with about the area and history. Would have stayed longer but so much more to see in NL.
Very low cell service. At office wifi only

We stay only one night before we were getting the ferry, however we would of stayed longer if we could. The sites were all good except they were built up a little so when we opened our door there was a little hill that was a bit annoying.

The staff was kind and helpful and there was a band playing music for labor day weekend. They provided us with a map of the Codroy Valley Scenic Drive. It was very helpful and started us on our Newfoundland adventures.
Although we really loved the Grand Codroy RV Tent Camping Park, we were on a tight budget because of the hefty cost of the ferry. We had to move on mainly due to the cost and the lack of cell network at campground. We would definitely stay again.
Some of the Campground and sights around the valley can be seen in these two videos:

This park has been in family for many years, all the free firewood you can use, clean comfort stations, the laundry on site, a craft shop on site ran by Arleen, with all the local treasures.
Cellular service is not strong, and the free wifi in the campground is slow but sufficient for email but no streaming your shows
But the Valley offers so much from great kayaking to sand beaches or just the sunsets and the quiet are great
