The electric panel was missing screws that the face was not screwed in, and the cover just about fell off. The laundry is cheap, but was full of bugs and one of the wash machines leaked all over the floor.
We stayed in site 39, and it is positioned in a corner, with a fence on the other side of the street. It made backing in a bit difficult. The other sites seemed fine.

Enjoyed our stay there but with a fair amount of rain and 3 dogs it was muddy around the RV. There are other sites that have better drainage. It's a short drive to Providence Canyon State Park which was why we were there. I believe else mentioned the pump that runs, it's just annoying with a high pitch and it's closer to the low number sites as you enter the campground area.
Here are my speed tests results over the course of one day using our WiFix Pro 5G cell router using the builtin antennas, no external running over T-Mobile:

We stayed in November to explore providence canyon. We enjoyed biking around the campground and the sunset was spectacular! The campground itself was well maintained and we had a great time!

We chose this park for its close proximity to Providence Canyon. The staff was friendly, facilities were clean, and the spaces were pretty level and well spaced. There was great access to the Chattahoochee River but the river was not visible from the campsites. There was a two night minimum reservation for GA state parks on the weekend but we were not able to make it to the site before the 10pm gate closing on the first night. We arrived shortly after the 7am gate opening Saturday morning and had no problems checking in. With Friends of GA State Parks membership we received one night "free" but didn't ask for our discount for the second night.

After trying to camp here for quite sometime... I've finally been able to snatch a campsite on a weekend, as I have driven past the sign for this State Park many times over the years.
This State Park is located less than an hour away from Columbus, GA. and is 8 miles away from Providence Canyon - another GA State Property which has nice hiking trails. Florence Marina is also minutes away from Omaha, GA and the Omaha Brewing Company, which I highly recommend checking out. They make some very tasty brews including one of my favorites - Hannahatchee Creek IPA.
The Staff was very friendly when I arrived, and the camping area is grouped nicely in one area. I don't own a boat, or an RV - but still felt right at home with my tent.
I can see why this place is popular. It's very quit. The kind of camping I enjoy. There is enough space between sites, even though the site I picked is 2 sites in one (#19 and #14). I did not need a full spot, so I settled for a half site, but I had plenty of space and privacy from my neighbors who were also tent campers.
I like Florence Marina, and I will definitely return. They have plenty of shower stalls (6 in the men's section) in the comfort station, which were fairly clean. So no gripes there!
Also, my cell signal for Verizon was useable. I had 1 or 2 tiny bars, but my speed test showed I was getting 9 Mbps down and 400 Kbps up - enough to surf the web comfortably, check email etc. and send out some low resolution photos to friends.
All in all...I had a wonderful weekend!

We stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed it. We were in site 21 and it was great. We parked our camper, f250, Jeep, and boat all on the paved pad. The site was level which was nice. There are also full hook ups but at least with the position of our sewer hook up in relation to the living area of the site we would have needed nearly 30’ of sewer hose to stay hooked up (we have 20’). The only real downfall was some ants and just so happens that the only low spot in the site was just out of our door when it rained and made a puddle but dried quickly.

We stayed here for two nights and wished we would have reserved a different site. Our site was very unlevel, gravel and close to the water plant with a constant droning all night long. Spacious long black topped sites down in the middle of the campground and i wished we would have had one of those. Many sites were flooded though because of all the rain that was received while we were there.
We explored Eufuala, AL and really enjoyed viewing all the old historic homes, beautiful!
I don’t understand the positive comments about the nearby “canyon” and state park. Not impressed.
I doubt if we would go back, but overall this was a nice campground.

The campground is very pretty, but remote. Sites are mostly large and level with trees around them, but choose carefully. Site 1 had a lot of space around it, but was in front of some kind of water treatment facility or something that had a loud droning sound day and night. Avoid sites 1-7 unless you don't mind hearing a machine running constantly. Those sites are also gravel and were flooded in areas and 2-7 are not private feeling at all.
The sites were 50 amp FHU. Most of the pull-through sites in the middle were extremely long and paved.
The campground is by a lake, so fishing seemed to be popular. There was a little miniature golf course and 2 playgrounds that were closed due to Covid-19.
Cell service with a booster was adequate for checking email, but otherwise very limited bandwidth.
