We were led to our site which was at the top of a hill and under a group of large pine trees and there was plenty of space between sites so, it didn't feel crowded. The campground has a few sections which were built so far from each other that they appeared to be completely separate campgrounds. Each one seemed to accommodate different camping requirements. For example, there seemed to be one section reserved for seasonal campers and another section for full-hookup.
Our section had more of the transient and longer-stay guests, but not seasonal. Our section also had water/electric, but no sewer. That wasn't a problem because the campground operates a vacuum truck to empty tanks on site. Our section was also within a couple hundred yards to a group of buildings which included an event space, a restaurant with a view, and a shower facility.
The showers were clean, and provided ample hot water and pressure at 50 cents for 4 minutes.
We work from the road and use a GTEN router with unlimited Verizon service and a Cudy-6660 router with ATT. Both services worked well from our site.

The manager worked hard to accommodate our stay. The on-site restaurant has great steaks and beer. Very easy access by our campsite to the Jay Cooke State Park trails via bike or hike.

The site was nice backing in, with trees behind. 50A/water, dropped a star because they do have FHU, but not in the section we stayed in. There is a single dump on the exit near the restaurant, which means there was a small line when leaving. i-35 is a short drive away, but we can't hear it from the campground.
Overall a pleasant stay.
WiFi was pretty much non-existent for me.
