Called for a spot last minute and we were accommodated by a nice lady at the park. It's not a resort, but that's not what we look for.
Good level gravel pull through site with easy full hookups.

There is underground pipe work being done between the office and the campground, so there’s lots of noisy machinery and a smell of tar right now, but that won’t last forever, so those visiting once it’s finished don’t have to be concerned about it. We wish we’d known, as we’d have chosen another location. Perhaps check before booking. Once the construction noise stops for the day, the campground is very quiet.
The campground is about 15 miles further east along I-40 from Kingman, not right in or near town. I-40 has several miles of very rough road, some of it extremely rough, both east and westbound.
Sites are ample and ours was fairly level. Stone/gravel sites, no picnic tables, but our site had a small tree on each side, which was nice for shading the rig a bit. No real amenities, dog run seems to be taken over by the construction. A small shop in the office has a selection of necessities, plus ice cream treats. Road noise from I-40 is noticeable, but isn’t overly intrusive at night. Starlink dropped occasionally, but was mainly reliable.

The construction crews start early to construct a pipeline where the dog park use to be. I wake up to the sound of BEEP BEEP BEEP! Add to that the noise from a local truck stop PA system makes this place almost make this unbearable. They do have nice facilities and the person at the front desk is nice.

We are staying for five nights, and enjoyed the location. We are 75 foot overall and this is the easiest location we have ever entered. Wide road in and plenty of room for turning. Even though it’s right of I40 very close to huge truck stop, I didn’t find the traffic noise bothersome. The facilities are spotless. Would return again.

This year we were going in the opposite direction and found it had not changed a bit. Still clean, comfortable accommodations (including private showers, laundry, propane, spacious campsites). The hosts are friendly and helpful. The trucks on route 40 can be noisy but we didn't notice them. I highly recommend this friendly RV campground.

Perfect for a quick one night stop. Easy to find, diesel nearby, don’t have to unhook, nice people. What more could you want except a few dollars off the price. A little steep when all I used was electric, but I did say it was convenient - that is what I paid for!

We first stayed here right after it opened. It continues to be our go to park in the area. In the past, it was simply an overnighter. This trip, we spent 3 days in an excellent pull thru. Streamable internet. Hook-ups done right - at least for our fifth wheel.

Laundry & bathroom/showers are very clean. Excellent wifi. Office staff and camp host were friendly & helpful. Camp host also was present & available throughout the park, checking in with campers & taking care of business. The only drawback is the noise from the highway and a huge truckstop right next to the park.

Previously reported via Campendiu "Note" that there was no water here. Happy to report IT IS FIXED! This is a wonderful park, come on over!

This is a very nice park, wonderful people, friendly, helpful. Unfortunately, their water is off due to what seems to be a very serious problem. No ETC for when it will be back on. They are still accepting reservations and checking campers in. Not sure if they are telling them there's no water. Know before you go.
