Sites are so close together. Water hookup is cobbled together. Not as level as everyone says, site is nose down. We have hookups on both sides of the RV which get in the way. It was fine and safe for 1 night.

Thank goodness we bring a weed eater with us. Grass was long due to rains however everything was dry. Husband trimmed up the area. No laundry facilities due to a fire last year. Lots are long pull through sites but not well taken care of. Only... Read more

The over night pull through sites are 100 ft long full cement, they have a swing, a charcoal grill, nice wood fire pit with 4 nice chairs and an outside table with 4 chairs and a covered patio. You pay for the sites but they are nice.

Owner is very nice as well as the permanent renters. Horses on site. Inexpensive. Right on the expressway so a little loud.
