I would give this RV park a 5 star if not for the most narrow sites I’ve ever experienced. Fortunately for us, the site next to us on our camp side remained vacant during our stay. I would give this RV park a 5 star if not for the most narrow sites I’ve ever experienced. Fortunately for us, the site next to us on our camp side remained vacant during our stay. This park is right on the river. Clean, maintained with plenty of mature trees for shade. Large grassy area for kids and pets to run, which is good because the pet area and playground is unimpressive.

Overall Rating
We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Great facilities, clean bathrooms and heated. The store has everything you need. I’m sure in the summer it’s hard to get a spot. We will be back.

We live fairly nearby so this is a place to come for us when we don’t have much time but want to get away. The spaces are small and close together but it’s right on the river and quiet and lovely. (Pretty windy in summer months though.) Rio Vista is “quaint.” Wi-Fi is good. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. Lots of regulars ... more

This place is absolutely amazing. The Point Resturant is literally next door. Amazing view on the water front site. Internet speed is good. Will definitely be back. Paved road and full hook ups on site 4.
