My personal opinion is that it’s over price for what you get.

Sites are nice and wide, people are super friendly and the park is all dirt but very clean. Facilities are clean too! I love that the park is up against the peace trail and pretty quiet at night.

We're here after spending a week boondocking so a clean laundry and showers were needed. We also like to take trips to the BigTent and take part in the RV show, and this is a nice location just far enough away to be quiet, but close enough to get to Silly Als for Pizza. People in the office were nice/ This is mostly a senior park, so don't expect a ton of action here. The snowbirds are always keeping busy playing cards, music, or bingo nights in the clubhouse.
the 133 Sites are wide, and long enough for easy backing in. Fuel and groceries are nearby. Cell service was super busy during the crazy weeks because of tower overload during RV and GEM show weeks which clog up the networks, otherwise, I think this would be fine, we had good signal strength. Access from Interstate 10 is super easy. Big Rigs have no fear.
