My wife & two boys were passing through Charlotte. 40 ft 5th wheel fit perfect & couldn’t beat the nightly rate. Kevin is the owner & lives on the property. We felt safe & welcome here. Definitely recommend 🙌🏽

We drove 15 minutes from out of town to town for 35 gallon portable. Come to find out the guard at the gate says it is $22 to use their dump station. We turned around and somewhere else to go.
