Beautiful newer resort with impressive clubhouse. The sides are manicured landscaped and very perfect. Close to a lot of services. Great place with helpful attendants!

The resort is very pretty and clean. Spacious sites. Beautiful clubhouse and lake views. However, there is absolutely no shade so your RV is in full sun all day. We had an abnormally hot week so it was sweltering. No shade whatsoever since the resort is new and the trees are small. You definitely need a car here because there is not much in the area. The Walmart is about a 10 minute drive. There is a lot of seasonal residents here who keep to themselves. Barely get a hello from them. Not a friendly place.

Large level brick paver sites. Easy access for large rigs. Wi-Fi is excellent and there are access points throughout the property. 50 Mbps down / 10 Mbps Up. The (2) Laundry rooms work via a refillable laundry card. I found the residents to be very friendly and helpful.

Very nice new RV park. Also very large. Close to most everything. Once the new trees grow and a more mature look comes it will be outstanding. Big club house two pools. And tons of activities. Big rig friendly for sure. I wish the provided table and chairs. At $160 night I would think they would have nice outdoor furniture.

We have been retired for 15 years, wintering in several Florida RV parks and scores of resorts across America on our 4 cross country trips to date. This is by far the most luxurious resort we have ever stayed in. The amenities are numerous, with 2 large pools, 2 large hot tubs and a 2 story clubhouse like none you’ve seen. You could say we are “charter members” as the resort just opened and we are the first ones ever to have this particular site, and some construction is still going on. Everything they do here is top notch ... and the staff are all incredibly friendly. We also like the location with easy access to interstates, beaches, Anna Maria Island, shopping and more. I will say, this is the most expensive resort we have ever stayed in...but we are so impressed with the resort, amenities and staff that we just booked for 4 months next winter and likely will make this our home away from home.

This park is a must if you’re in Palmetto! It’s a beautiful resort with multiple pools, clubhouse and work out room.
The staff plans a lot of events like super bowl party, chili cook offs, movie night, trips to local sites such as Ybor City and Tarpon Springs.
The grounds are beautiful and sites are very spacious.
