Other locations in the park looked much nicer. The back in spaces are small and you can't be sure you can extend your awning (tree in the way) or slide (bush in the way but just made it). The economy spots seem to be predominately long-term campers so that definitely changes the vibe. Otherwise it was a pleasant, clean park with what appeared to be a lot of neat amenities that are not currently available due Covid restrictions.

Reasonably quiet at night except for the spots that back the highway. My spot was far from the highway. The challenge I had was with the back-in sites that back into another site behind it. My trailer is short so I didn't go all the way to the imaginary rear boundary so when the huge 5th wheel full-size and massive F350 backed into the site behind me he continued over the boundary about 10 feet into my site to within about 2 feet of my 18 foot teardrop trailer. Admittedly the boundary is invisible so it's hard and you have to use some judgement to see it but I still lost ~10 feet of my site. Yes, I asked him to move and he gave me 2 feet back.

Not only that but the lawn mower was left with the engine running without supervision next to our RV. This can be considered as serious case of wreckless endangerment because there were kids around.
Its also a little close to the highway and thus has some noise throughout the night.

Definitely a glamping spot. This is a get what you pay for place, and it’s not the cheapest park around. Even has mini cabins for those looking to have that type of experience. If you like a view, and you have a travel trailer with windows at the back, the back-in spaces 83-87 look out over the vineyard to the winery next door. The big rigs get to go up to the top of the park and can get a nice view looking back down to the valley and mountains to the west. Some spaces are backed up to a wall that is above highway 46, i personally wouldn’t want one of those although they are across from a bathroom building and a club house of some kind.
Everything is very very clean. Also quiet. There were not many folks using the outdoor areas of their spaces. Every space we saw here has a well kept grassy area and blossoming trees throughout. Well kept gardens.
The weather was on and off wet so the hot tub area was kept locked. It looks very resort-ish with stone waterfalls and nice grounds. Big pool looked inviting, it’s behind the main office and store, although we did not partake. Bathrooms were very clean and not at all crowded, in fact always empty during my visits.
Great for dogs, a couple small but effective dog runs kept stocked with bags. Wi-Fi worked the entire time without a hiccup. The free service is not strong enough to stream. We bought a three day pass for ten bucks and the husband could watch youtube which he likes to do. Didn’t use their cable but they said at check in they are installing a service with 200 channels.
Location is nicely situated out in the country side. Stores are a couple miles away which is perfect for us. The Pacific Ocean is barely an hour away at Cambria through a very lovely mountain drive on a well kept highway.
Far too many wineries to see during a stop here for just a few nights. We enjoyed Ecluse winery just to the west and close to Paso, minutes from the resort.
Everyone here was quite friendly.

The pros: The grounds are beautiful and well kept with pic-nic tables, a gym, jacuzzi, pool, free wifi, clean bathrooms and showers. They were also located close to the different wineries. The J Lohr winery was right up the street!
If you like you can organize a shuttle to visit the different wineries at the front desk. I personally avoided the front desk staff when possible.
We would definitely stay here again despite the poor service. The location is too good to pass up.

The park also has cottages to stay in and incredible amenities, like a pool, 2 spas (one with a firepit and waterfall feature!), an arcade, and an event room. Wine Country RV Park was also in the perfect location for exploring some of the 200 plus wineries that Paso Robles has.
That being said, you won’t be surprised to hear that wine touring and tasting is the number one activity to do here. Read more about the activities we did and suggest in the post on our blog, Paso Robles: The Perfect Weekend Getaway. In the article, we give suggestions for wineries to visit, a winery tour that drives you around, a hot springs spa, and other great local activity suggestions.

This park charges for early arrival, for visitors and locks all the community spaces, to name a few. It is a perfectly maintained RV park with, gravel spaces, concrete patios and picnic tables. They have a nice hot tub and a pool. The staff is very professional but not very personal. We stayed at a spot on the hill with a "view" that wasn't a view. It was so noisy, despite the fact that we did not back up to the highway and we had our windows closed, that we ponied up for an even more expensive site after the first night. The brand new lower sites were very quiet, but extremely expensive. The wifi actually blocked Netflix. We couldn't even download a podcast it was so bad.

The economy spots are $50 and back right up to the busy Highway 46. Our standard site ($58 per night w/o Passport discount) is on gravel and got a bit muddy with all of the rain. The concrete sites are very nice. You get what you pay for. At $73 and $78 per night they are farther from the traffic noise. The laundry facilities were spotless and very reasonable. Bathrooms were great. Front desk help was very helpful.
We even played some pingpong.
