The park has lots of amenities including a big bounce pillow for kids to play on. Bathrooms were nicely furnished and clean. I had good wifi the first day but after several thunderstorms, I was unable to connect the other 3 days. The office said the problem must be my computer.

Cute playground and clean park but not a good park for a 27 foot travel trailer. Ask how much before you come.

“Perfect family campground ”

Hot tub, pool, gas fires, yard games, jumping pillow, playground, laundry paid for by coins or app on phone, and perfect sunset views of the Royal gorge bridge in the distance. Best place we’ve stayed at in years. The bathrooms were the nicest we’ve ever experienced at a campground.

The entire park is surrounded by mountains. Literally any direction you face, you're going to be looking at mountains. The dog park was huge and had a couple of obstacles for more active dogs than mine to play on. In the tent camping area, they had a nice dishwashing station with running water and a sink set up. They have a nice swimming pool (too cold for us though) and hot tub. In the front, there is a nice sitting area with Adirondack chairs and propane fire pits (I believe you need to supply your own propane tank). Giant outside games are available such as chess and connect four. There is a playground for the kiddos and a giant jump pad. I cannot express how amazing the shower house/restrooms were. The nicest I've ever seen. There is a cute little gift shop where you check in that has a few souvenirs, ice cream, snacks, drinks, etc.
This RV Resort is located conveniently to all that Royal Gorge and Cañon City have to offer, but still nicely quiet and isolated. We will definitely be back and I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Stayed at this campground in Canon City for 1 week in late April 2023 while we toured all that Canon City has to offer. This was a beautiful campground, ideally located just outside of Canon City and easily accessible to all attractions the city has to offer. This campground was recently bought-out and is under new management by owners Joshua and his wife; they are really investing into this campground and renovating every aspect of it! This is a fun, family friendly campground, with a play area for the kids, a pool and (new) hot tub for the adults with a patio area that has circle fire pits for socializing. New container home cabins are being built currently which will face the mountains! There are 130 sites at this campground split between full hook-up, to partial hook-up, to no hook-up. The campground has an amazingly remodeled bathroom and shower facility. Laundry is available with Easy Pay - Pay Range washer and dryers! Propane filling is available on site for those staying at the campground. Only offers discounts for military and such, no membership discounts...yet. Joshua and his wife are doing things right at this campground, would highly recommend staying here.
Nearby attractions are the Royal Gorge Bridge and Railroad, the Dinosaur Exhibit, helicopter and rafting tours, and in-town attractions like Cajun or Italian food choices and museums! Walmart and other groceries and fast food options are available in town as well.

We stayed 2 nights in late April so missed using all the fun amenities but the location is very central for all the Royal Gorge venues. The facility is nicely maintained with a newly renovated bathhouse. We will be back if in the area again!

This was our second stay at the Royal Gorge RV Resort. The owners were very accommodating. We had a lovely site with trees on three sides. The new bathhouse and laundry renovations are beautiful! I’d love to come back and stay in one of their new cabins overlooking the snow capped Sangre De Cristo mountains!

The camp store was well stocked with firewood, camping supplies, a s’mores bar, cold drinks and lots of Colorado made items. The view from the hot tub was amazing! The fire pits on the patio were cozy and inviting. The location was perfect, close to the Royal Gorge bridge, rafting in the Arkansas River, hiking trails, the Royal Gorge Route Railroad and several great restaurants. The playground was very kid friendly and the giant jumping pillow was super fun! We are already planning our next visit!!

Fairly spacious sites with picnic tables and firepit. Host greeted us upon arrival and escorted us to site. They also deliver firewood and ice to your site if needed. Sites are gravel. Trails throughout campground to walk dogs. No OTA channels via antenna; however, campground had good WiFi.
