Overall Rating
After traveling 5 straight days from California. Roy lake state park was our first experience with South Dakota. Excellent campground on the lake. Beautiful beach and many fishing options. Definitely stay again. Sites level with lake views

Lots to do. Best part is the East Park. Much more room, quieter, and there is a boat launch, playground, and beach.
