Always enjoy camping here. There are usually not as many people here. Beautiful, quiet, clean.

The sites are spacious and well layed out. Great river rock walls and steps. A lot of work went into creating this campground. The bathhouse is clean. The creek/river, the hiking trail, the overlook, the proximity to Max Patch and Hot Springs is all fantastic. A portion of the campground is closed due to budget cuts, but the beauty of this small campground is well worth the trip. I want everyone to give this campground a chance because it could close completely. The host Art is a kind man who really cares about the future of this campground. He goes above and beyond to make this a special place.

My family just loves Rocky Bluff campground. It's the perfect place to bring both the kids and the grandparents, which is what we did last weekend for Memorial Day. It's quiet and charming with just the right touch of spooky for the kids (there is an old family cemetery on the hill). The easy to moderate hike to Spring Creek is beautiful and the creek offers wonderful fishing or splashing spots. The kids love it. The town of Hot Springs is just 3 miles down the road, in case you forgot something, or would like to visit the spa. It's a great base camp for rafting and ziplining adventures in Hots Springs or Marshall. The park like setting and space between sites allow for real relaxation. At $8 a night you have plenty of cash left over for the marshmallows!
