Friendly, clean level sites with cement patios, laundry, restrooms, showers. Great location. Can’t wait to come back. Pay w cash to avoid credit card 2-1/2% fee. So relaxing. A+++

This time of year they were mostly empty/emptying out, as the region was getting hot.
I didn't use their internet so can't speek to that. But they seem to have good coverage with wifi antennas placed around the park.
The also own the new RV Relife which has a filtered water station .25 per gallon. Also propane sales, RV freshwater fill, and dump station. I used their propane fill, and filtered water station most of the season while at La Posa South. They are an alternative to RV Pit Stop... Highly recommended...
Other parks in the area do offer additional amenities like swimming pool, hot tube etc. So if you are looking for those types of amenities, check around. Not to take anything away from Quail Run, but had I thought about it, I may have looked into the parks that offer such...

We needed hook-ups for two days to keep the puppers cool in record-breaking triple digit heat in late April. Quail Run was recommended to us by another park that was closing for the summer. We found it to be very clean and well-maintained. Most of the sites are large gravel pull-throughs with a concrete patio pad. The sites are fairly close together, but the park wasn't even close to full during our stay, so we had empty spaces on either side of us. There are a few trees around the park, but this is the desert and there isn’t much shade. We didn’t use the restrooms/showers, but the laundry was very clean and larger than I expected. It was also reasonably priced ($2 wash/$2 dry). The office staff person was very friendly and helpful. There is some road noise, but nothing bothersome.
We usually prefer dry-camping, but if you need hookups in the Quartzsite area then Quail Run is a great option.
We had 5 bars of Verizon 4G. The campground has wifi, but we had no luck with it at all.

I stayed here August 29th- September 8th. I am a full time RVer, and "mostly" boondock. However, I do like to stay in an RV park from time to time. This is my 3rd season in the Quartzsite area, and I normally stay out at the LTVAs. I had decided to head to the area earlier this year than I did the last to years. The forecast indicated temperatures in up to and beyond 110. So, I thought I'd get somewhere that I could plug in to shore power and run my AC units until the temperatures lowered to a range I could tolerate while off grid. Quail Run RV Park fulfilled my needs excellently.
So this was technically Quail Run's off season. But they'll let you stay there. The park is not really staffed during this time. But there is an easy self check in system at the office. I'd called in advance and left a message asking about staying there. I was called back in a day or two. The lady that retuned my call was really nice and helpful. She explained that the 10 spots behind (or west of) the office were for off season stays. And that IF those were full, then the 10 sites in front (or east of) the office should be used.
I arrived late afternoon on the 29th of August. The aforementioned self checking was easy. I got that taken care of, picked out my spot, and set up. The sites are level, the park is clean and well maintained. The next morning a gentleman stopped my my site to check and see if I had everything I needed for my stay. I thought that was a great gesture. But also typical of my experience in and around Quartzsite in general. The locals are always friendly, welcoming, and strive to provide great customer service.
I will say their wifi did not seem to work. I logged onto it a couple of times, but had not internet access. Not a big deal for me since I rarely use any RV parks internet. (I have my own) The restrooms, showers, and laundry rooms were clean and well kept.
All in all I had a pleasant stay. A few over nighters came and went while I was there. There where a few long term occupants there. But the park was mostly empty during my stay. September 9th I relocated to public lands in the area.
Being that this is during off season a lot of Quartzsite business were closed. But the grocery stores where open, and well stocked.
(Contrary to what a lot of people say on the internet about Quartzsite, the grocery stores here are NOT over priced. In fact I've done a one to one comparison on the items I typically buy, and there just is not much difference between Quartzsite, Parker, and Blythe. In fact some items are cheaper in Quartzsite, other items a little more expensive. To be honest, I'd call it a wash.)
Also during this time Silly Al's Pizza was open, so was Karen's Café, and Mountain Quail Café. Probably some others, but honestly I don't eat out a lot. That said, all three of those are awesome!. I also highly recommend X 3 Family Restaurant when they are open for the season, as well as Black Rock Café in Brenda.
Back to the Quail Run RV Park, I'll wrap it up by saying I'd stay with them again without hesitation.

I decided to isolate from the virus in Quartzsite. I boondocked at Plomosa Road for 2 weeks, but then decided to move into an RV park for an electric hookup to run the air conditioning. I drove around town to see every RV park, and chose Quail Run as the best-looking one. I paid for 2 months @ $275/month (summer rate), plus $149 for metered electricity. I left after 55 days when the temperature hit 105 degrees and travel restrictions had been lifted all the way to Idaho and Montana, making a nightly rate of $12.71.
The campground was half-full when I arrived on March 31, and almost empty when I left on May 25. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. I don't know if I met the owners, but the workcampers were very friendly. The roads were paved, the sites gravel with concrete patios. Site 6 was a back-in on the south edge, which backed up to a gravel road serving a few houses. The trash service and delivery trucks to those houses were a nuisance driving at high speed and kicking up huge clouds of dust, but that was my only complaint. There really were quail running around, and baby jackrabbits.
Voltage was always close to 120 and water pressure was good. I had 4 bars of Verizon 4G, but since Quartzsite has only one tower, data speed was very variable with time of day, from 2-22 Mbps down and 0.2-12 up.

The north Quartzsite location resulted in quiet, restful nights. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets from our large, end of row site. When in need of full hookup accommodations we will definitely return.

We stayed in the first row with our rig backed up to Cherokee Lane (a small dirt/gravel road off Hwy 95). They kept the road watered each day so there was never any dust, and we had quick access in and out of the park, without driving through it. This park has a gestapo reputation for their rules, but we didn't experience anything like that. The hosts do patrol in their golf carts, checking for trash and noise I suppose, but they are very friendly. Weight max for dogs is 25 which ours is. They never questioned it.
Sites are large for Quartzsite, larger than we've had at most in-town RV parks. Very level, small gravel, 50 amp FHUs, wide interior streets, exceptionally clean sites, clubhouse, laundry. Park was sold out the week we were there and very quiet at night. Walk to Grub Stake restaurant for great fish.
It is just a big flat lot with a few trees so no character or views (sunsets were awesome over the neighbors' roof)

We wanted to scope out Quartzsite when it was quiet because we'll have an opportunity to camp here when we travel from San Diego to Tucson in late January. That's when Quartzsite is really going nuts...
