Overall Rating
The vibe I get from this camp is so serene and peaceful. Being able to watch the horses and pet some of them always brings me so much peace. The campground is immaculately kept clean, the bathrooms are completely renovated and the grounds just give you a sense of relaxation and calm. I'm only staying one night but I've already decided I will be back for a second stay.

Overall Rating
While meant for camping with horses, this campground is open to anyone. We had been at Hocking Hills State Park previously in a space that was really too small and too sloped in all directions. It was a pleasure to find this one nearby with spacious, level sites. Being smaller, it was also much quieter. No sewer hookups, but a convenient dump station. Maybe a little high in price if not traveling with horses, as it included 2 horse stalls. But we were happy to be here and enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and the baths were clean. Horse stalls looked very nice. Great option for the Hocking Hills area.
