The shower stays super hot and was very clean and nice.
Overall, really impressed and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

First, there is nothing to compare with NML in all of ABQ: it's safe, clean, well-managed and though somewhat far west, at least in town. This enterprise seems fairly new, and they are making more improvements. It's basically a secure nice RV storage lot offering camp sites, but somehow the website gave me the impression there would be more to it. My frustrations were (#1) our site, described as "our most private" is truly remote from the rest of the camping spots, an asphalt corner in the storage portion of the complex, facing a fence with two lawn chairs and table, no where near the "amenities." The amenities are (complaint # 2) one single non-climate controlled shower for the entire complex, and (#3) no laundry. They made up for this third drawback by offering us the key to a single stackable W/D set in a storeroom. Turns out, nearly everyone had one of these keys, and the wait to get to the machines was slow. To their credit, when the owner heard of my complaints, he came out to speak to us and comped one of our nights. Plans are underway to expand showers and provide a true laundry. Our van got a much needed free wash, we felt safe, and we can tell they care about their customers. So no complaints in the end, but know what you are getting into to avoid frustrations!

Very Clean Facilities, Dan Was So Accommodating And Helpful. The gates made it feel very safe at all times and it’s located very close to the centre of the city. All In All A Fantastic Stay!

Great RV park idea as part of a storage facility. The shade really helps out in the NM sun! Everything you could possibly need, propane refills, clean showers and free ice. Very secure. The staff go above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Two or so miles north of I-40 in one of the better Albuquerque neighborhoods is this hidden gem of an RV park. Originally designed and built as a storage facility, they have converted several spots to FHU. Some are under cover and some have decks with tables and chairs but all spots are exceptionally well constructed. All of the amenities are first class. But wait there’s more. Complimentary bagged ice, complimentary wash bay tokens, free air, and an ADA accessible shower are just a few of the perks. The entire area is paved but there are several small gravel areas for our dogs to have a quick outing. Albuquerque has two off-leash dog parks within a mile or so. A Walmart neighborhood market is a half mile away. The views of the Sandia mountains are spectacular during sunset. The owner is building a full on RV park as I write this. Access is by coded gate. Security is outstanding.

This RV park exceeded my expectations. My expectations included knowing in advance that this RV park is atypical. It is an RV storage facility that converted some of its spots to camping sites with full hook-ups. My site (#B) had a patio deck and attractive privacy fencing. Others have fencing and yet others are under cover. All are secure due to walls and gates. There is an awesome RV self-wash facility within the park which I used for both my travel trailer and pick truck. The whole facility is paved so it stays very clean. The bathrooms and shower were spotless. I had about 3 bars of AT&T 5G. I recognize this type of campground isn't for everyone but for someone who wants to be in the city limits of ABQ and doesn't need a view, this it. $75 for the premium site. A Starbucks, Taco Bell, Walmart Neighborhood Market, and other such businesses are within walking distance in this nice community.

Easy to get to, very secure, and is the finest RV Park that we've ever had the pleasure to stay at. We had just finished a cross country trek and our trailer was literally as dirty as it's ever been, but we pulled right into the first class wash bay cleaned it up. Close to everything and easy access to anywhere in Albuquerque that you want to go. Highly recommend Nomadland. A plus, they are expanding across the street, looks to be the same high quality and features.

Our stay at Nomadland was special in many ways. First, Dan or his assistant answer the phone personally. Next, upon arrival we pulled right into the washing bay and cleaned our truck and 5th Wheel top to bottom. They even gave us tokens so we didn't need to slide a credit card or use quarters to operate the RV wash. Our first day our fridge had a problem. I walked to the office to get some of their (complimentary) ice and told Dan that we might need extra ice because our fridge wasn't working. He took me into one of his workrooms and showed me a fridge that I could use. He offered me a key to access the fridge outside of office hours. We were able to troubleshoot our fridge and restore it to good function, but we are grateful to Dan and impressed by his kindness. He keeps his property spic and span; he noticed a discoloration on the asphalt where a tire cleaner was used and he cleaned it promptly. The property is especially beautiful when approaching at night with an artful lighted bronze fence. There aren't any resort-type amenities but Nomadland is run with pride and high standards.
We will definitely stay at this unique property again.

On arrival, I wasn't happy, because the site was confusing, however, after talking with the owner, I have to say... we would stay here again in a heartbeat! They were quick to answer my phone call and help me maneuver around appropriately and we had a wonderful deck to enjoy. We only stayed one night, which was what we needed. It was quiet, clean, and very well maintained.
According to my hubby, the shower facilities were extremely clean and nicely maintained. The owners actually came out on a Sunday morning to check on us and spent time talking with us to fully understand what concerns we had. They took pictures of our rig and truck to help others who might have the same maneuvering issues.
I definitely appreciated their responsiveness and the cleanliness of everything! Thank you so much for caring enough about us to check in and ask us what we liked or didn't like about the site. It meant the world to me.

I like the fact that it’s gated but you can come and go 24/7. Yes, the majority of the site is a RV storage place, but they offer so much. You can refill propane, wash your RV in their wash bay, use their shower room, get free bags of ice, add air to your tires, and enjoy complimentary coffee. They even offer leveling blocks if needed.
The staff here provide great customer service and are very friendly. I will be back.
