Enjoyed my overnight stay. Duck ponds (which they call "lakes") are nice, with turtles and ducks hanging out. Nice pool as well.
$50 with my senior discount for the night.

We were traveling back to our home in Central California from Flagstaff Arizona where we had been boondocking. We selected this RV Park because we needed hookups for the night to clean our tanks and juice for A/C. Check-in was a breeze and Jessie was extremely kind, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in space #11, which was level and spacious. The numbering of the spaces was slightly confusing and we should have asked a few questions but it all worked itself out. You can definitely hear traffic noise from I40 but that did not bother us.
Very clean little RV Park with blue ponds, pool and laundry (which we did not use) located in the desert. After settling in, my husband did some research on the Newberry Springs area and we found it to be very interesting. Hopefully, next time we visit we will have time to explore.
The cost of this RV park (with Good Sam Discount) was worth it to us on this trip and we would stay there again.

Paid more than I'd hoped. With a senior discount it was still $49 a night. VERY close to I-40, so quite noisy. It was blazing hot when I was here, so the pool felt very nice. Friendly staff

The campground (CG) was super easy to find as it was right off I-40 on old Route 66. Our check-in could not have been easier, and the reception was very nice. There are 18 FHU sites here, with half being for long-termers on the west side and short-term pull-throughs on the east side. We were given an option of several sites and chose site 17. We had to disconnect and park on the side of this gravel site. The Wi-Fi speed was 3.32 for Download and 2.35 for Upload, which worked okay. We got 3 bars on Verizon. Due to the expected freeze warning, we did not hook up to the water or sewer. There are a few trees in the CG so getting a clear shot for satellite is easy. The old caboose, the Hwy 66 hotel mural, and the ducks around the pond were a nice touch. They had a shower house and laundry, but we did not use them. Heads up that we got diesel at the exit a couple of miles west of the campground, and that was the most expensive price we experienced in CA at $6.69/gallon last January.

We picked a place near our max daily travel distance and took a risk by not having a reservation. The gamble totally paid off! We picked a place near our max daily travel distance and took a risk by not having a reservation. The gamble totally paid off! Hostess and her family were super polite, the facility is clean and tidy, and the duck pond is a trip! The bathrooms were fresh and clean, hot water was a blessing. Noise from the I-40 may be an issue if you’re looking for complete silence at night but we didn’t mind. Pets are welcome, we paid $50 for the night and would happily stay here again.

Very nice clean park. Level gravel sites. Two small ponds, pool, clean restrooms. Owners very nice and helpful and take great pride in making your stay a good one. Some road noise from highway but did not bother us. Night sky was beautiful as was the lights reflecting off the ponds. Would definitely recommend staying.

Easy access from either direction on I-40. Highway and railway noise is there, but it wasn't a concern since we were running the AC anyway ;-)
