Our site, D2, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer) were to the left side. Distancing is good for an urban park. Each site has a table and a fire pit and most have a concrete patio. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was very well manicured and quiet.
The park included wifi works well. There in no longer any cable TV but we did find OTA. Satellite might be difficult in some areas because of the trees. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern as was the laundromat. There are many seasonal guests here but none of the sites are trashy. There is a playground for kids and a pool as well well as horseshoes etc. The park backs on to a lake but there is no beach.
There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a good base to use while exploring the area.. We paid $46.00 per night inc tax and we feel we received very good value. We would be back if in the area again.
The Rollin Ollens would stay here again

Our site, 2, was on the waters edge, though separated by a fence, and was very pretty. We did have some difficulty leveling up our 21 ft class B. We had electricity and water at that price. The site was quiet.
Th WI-FI is free and works well. We even picked it up on our site on the edge of the park.
Showers and bathrooms are integrated and there are about 8 units. That is barely enough for a park of this size. The showers cost $1 and are very clean and spacious.
There is a pool, but it costs an additional $5 so we did not partake.
All in all, a good experience. I would recommend this park.
Butch would stay here again
