“Ok For An Overnight”
Reviewed 7/5/2024
We arrived close to the end of office hours and settled in. The playground was ok, it’s within walking distance to a few places, convenient store and restaurant. It was quiet enough through the night. Bathrooms weren’t very clean compared to other places but it was sufficient for an overnight stop.

Full hook-up sites are nice for an overnight stay. Laundry is only open until 4 PM, so that is a bit inconvenient.
Otherwise, it's a good spot for an overnight stay with a convenient location.

After fighting high winds and bad traffic on southbound I-5 for hours, I stopped at a Rest Area and searched for the nearest RV park. The friendly gentleman who answered assured me he had a pull through long enough for our Class A towing a full sized pickup truck. He gave me a site number and said that we could settle up in the morning, if the office was closed when we arrived!
We arrived just as he was getting ready to leave, but he cheerfully checked us in, honoring our Passport America membership rate of $30: an excellent rate for the clean and level gravel lot.
Wide roadways made it easy to access nearby space 105. We only needed electric for this bitterly cold night, but decided to hook up completely and start fresh in the morning. Our off air antenna pulled in 23 channels, so my husband didn’t even bother with the satellite.
Both of us slept well. We habitually run a small fan in our bedroom, and didn’t really even notice the freeway traffic about 1/2 mile west of the park.
Didn’t check out any of the people amenities, but the fenced dog area was a grassy treat for our two rambunctious fur kidz. A nice looking kiddie play structure was near the dog run. They also sell propane.
Several long term RVs. Possibly construction and newly hired workers, as there are several huge fulfillment centers and big construction projects nearby. Traveling nurse parked near us, was at a fulfillment center on a contract.
Highly recommend as an overnight stop.

Our $30 nightly rate was through our Passport America membership. The park grounds were clean and well maintained. When we checked in, there were mowers going around attending to the grass. At night, there was noticeable road noise, but not from the nearby I-5 traffic. Seems there is construction nearby (there were a lot of warehouses in the area), and thus there were trucks driving just outside the park. Not sure if this will continue.
The restrooms/showers were secured with locked doors. The restroom was clean, but the one shower I looked at needed to be refurbished. There was cracks in the shower stall siding. There were two restrooms/showers in the central building. Both had a toilet, sink and shower. There were a lot of stored RVs in the park (parked in a space, but not hooked to utilities). I assume it is a winter time thing, and as business picks up during the spring, this number of parked RVs will be reduced.
Many restaurants and fast food places within walking distance, as well as a Love's Truck Stop a few minutes a way. Overall, I will utilize this RV park when traveling along I-5 in the future.

Easy access and did not go to sleep to road noise. Appears to have several nearby food locations with a walk gate for easier access. Sites are gravel/ concrete combination and we did need to use our Anderson levelers. Some long term sites.
Fine for a single night stay.

We would stay here again if necessary..... They give you vouchers for the WiFi, it worked great !

I was allocated site #123, fairly level and nicely tree shaded. There are no picnic tables. No unusual loud noise, except some from the distant I-5. Walking distance to a few restaurants and limited shopping. Walmart and much more a few minutes drive away. Bathrooms/showers are awful! Friendly and welcoming staff. My rate was with PA.

Seemed to get a lot of people pulling in just for the night, and at all hours. Spots are very tight and close together. Shower was not the cleanest, but it pushed out hot water. Laundry facility was handy. Staff was very friendly. Right off the freeway and close to gas stations and restaurants which was convenient but noisy.

Great location and clean enough. But my only complaint is it is nothing like the pictures! No grass anywhere and it’s mostly used for storing trailers. I would stay here again but only if necessary.
