The water is turned off for the season but you do have restrooms nearby. Power was only hookup. Two other RVs that appeared to be staying longer.

Was told there was a 14 day limit but bet you could get longer if needed depending on time of year.
just down the road is the Twin Cities and Snake River canyon bridge that allow BASE jumping without needing a permit..
We watched 10-12 groups of gals and guys walk out to middle of bridge, climb over the rail and jump off..a perfectly good bridge I might add.. :)
the city sewer dump is close.. you go out by the gas station, turn left, next left on Date St, and then down to 4th street.. there is a sign on right side but somewhat hidden by a tree. there is a donation box but now sure how to put money in it.. no slot to put money..
att hot spot on fast.com was 6.0 meg down more or less
t-mobile on phone was 1.5 meg down.
Overall a good place to spend some days at a good.. good price for elec and water.

This was a great inexpensive place to stop. If you have dogs there is lots of room that you could let them run. There was a couple people that were exercizing horses on the race track while we were parked there. We had good internet and were able to work from there. Cost is $10 a night and there is a box on the wall by the fair office that you can drop your payment in. The other people who were parked there were all pleasant and considerate. It felt like a safe place to stay. There could be quite a bit of activity based on what is happening at the fairgrounds. Would stay here again. Site quality...30 amp power and water. There is a county dump station on the other side of the race track.

I stopped here overnight on the way north. It was a quiet, level location with water/electric hookups for $10. There was no check-in form; I put $10 in an envelope with a note and dropped it in the slot by the office door. When I arrived, the lot was empty except for cars at the National Guard armory, but it soon started filling up with pickup trucks. It turned out that there was to be a high school rodeo that night. I always check the events page before coming to a fairground campground, and this was not listed. I saw two other RVs show up later and leave. I got an invite to the rodeo, which made it an enjoyable evening.
Verizon 4G was excellent, with 4 bars, -96 dB, 43 Mbps up and 15 down.
UPDATE: I stopped here again for a week on my way south at the end of August. Don't camp in the first site, by the plant box. It's in a low spot, and if it rains or the maintenance people water the plant box, you will be in a pool of mud. The railroad line is active, but only with the occasional locomotive picking up cars. D&B Supply on Lincoln Avenue has propane, and very fast and friendly service. There's a free dump station behind the fairground on 4th Ave West. It has fresh water at 75 cents for 300 gallons, but there are only fire hose and tanker outlets.

Dump location is actually behind the Fairgrounds but not accessible from inside the park. You need to go back out to Main Street and turn left & go one block to Date Street and go left to 4th Ave West (Look for street sign for county dump) and turn left. Can’t miss it on the left side and there is plenty of room for big rigs. There is a donation box for dumping.

There were 2 other rigs there in a big asphalt lot. No tables or anything. Plenty of grassy areas to run the dogs. The payment is an honor system, just put $10 in the box next to the office door.
It was quiet , close to interstate, gas stations, etc. wait till you get to the junction for Twin Falls to get gas, snacks, etc. There are 2 big truck stops there.
