Everything was well maintained. The showers were brand new and great! Lots of shade (but starlink still worked). Enjoyed our brief stay while passing through.

At 58 I am easily the youngest person here. It’s 830 PM, all the lights are out and the old folks are all in bed. It’s very quite. The sites are spacious and level. Angie is friendly and helpful.
I’d stay here again, but only for the quiet and convenance. I don’t stop at RV parks for social interaction so this place is perfect.

This was our 5th or 6th stay here and as always, it didn't disappoint. Access from Hwy 89 is easy. Check in is quick and pleasant. We easily found our pull through site which was level and plenty long enough for our Class A and our tow vehicle. Our site had a concrete patio and nice picnic table. We had a few trees but none were situated such as to provide much shade most of the day. There are some sites that have much more shade. Sites are a bit close where we were but not too much. There are other sites that have good spacing which are generally given to longer term campers. Full hookups are well located with choice of sewer hookups closer to the front or closer to the back of the site allowing you to choose which works better. Water hydrant was a bit low but didn't require any creativity to attach our inline filter with our hose. 50amp service was steady at about 120/leg. WIFI was 4.73 down & 1.25 up. We didn't use it other than to check the speed. FMCA hotspot had good connectivity but was often throttled. T-mobile cell service was good and we used it as a hotspot when the FMCA hotspot was throttled too much to be usable. We didn't use the cable as there were many good OTA channels. It's a small, family owned park so it's quiet. Really the only downside is Hwy 89 as it is a very busy road although the traffic noise is minimal in the park. Making a left hand turn out of the park can take some patience. There is a center turn lane that helps. We've stayed at a couple of other RV parks in Flagstaff and this is by far our first choice. Mary's Diner just up the street has wonderful food with a fabulous chicken fried steak. Easy driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Sunset Crater and Wupatki National Monuments are close by. The Conoco up the street is a good place to fill up large rigs with diesel.

This was actually the very first RV park that we stayed at since we started this full-time RV life. We were probably the youngest ones there, we didn’t even know there was such a thing as an age limits to this whole RV thing. (Kinda don’t like that.) But we loved getting to know all of our neighbors and getting all of their advice for this life on the road! We did notice there were plenty of rules, but we didn’t find any of them unreasonable and felt most are probably what led to this place being such a nice and enjoyable park! The sites were very easy to navigate in and out of, clear directions, well-kept sites with very nice hookups & cute benches, etc. Laundry room and bathrooms were exceptional, and the ladies in the office were very friendly! They also had everything you might need there in the office for sale, and we found that very nice. No dusty roads, plenty of trees, plenty of hang out spots, and the dog area was very green & very well-maintained.
After months on the road now, however, and having experienced many more parks since then, I will say that this was the most expensive park we have stayed at and we probably wouldn’t go back for the price.

Host/ owners have a horrible attitude as soon as you check in and then our experience was the worst experience ever. Our 32 year old son came to have dinner with us our first night Harvey the old mean owner came flying in on his cart as soon as our son and his girlfriend arrived screaming that we were breaking the rules and he was kicking us out! The four of us just wanted to have dinner but I guess no guests allowed. I had told the wife when we checked in earlier and she had agreed but told us that he could not park his car at our site, in which he was going to move it, after he brought some food in, but the crazy old man never gave us the chance. All in all we did leave early and never want to go back.

This is a nice RV park off of 89 which was very convenient for me. It is a quiet area which I liked but off of 89 which was convenient for my travels there. It is also close to a couple of hikes I went on while there.

If we hadn't needed to dump tanks, fill water, etc., we would have chosen the CG right by the visitor center at Sunset Crater which was close by and really beautiful.

Be sure to watch closely for the sign as you drive north out of Flagstaff. The road traffic can be fast, so prepare to brake and turn in. At that night, there is a little road noise through the roof vent, but the campground is silent.
We found a great Thai restaurant (Patio Thai) downtown that is worth a drive back into town.
