Manager/Owner is sweet and helpful. The good: Easy in and out, very close to exit, gas and diesel at corner of street. Very good WiFi, full hook ups, and a few pull through spots. Manager/Owner is sweet and helpful. The good: Easy in and out, very close to exit, gas and diesel at corner of street. Very good WiFi, full hook ups, and a few pull through spots. We were the only overnighters there so she gave us a double back up spot to use as a pull through. The not so good: All gravel and powder (Would be awful if raining), Sites would be very close together if park is busy. No showers, No bathrooms, and No laundry. No pet area. Light industrial area but, very quiet after we arrived at 5pm. Maybe 30 sites, 5 long term and us made 6 that nite.

Got pretty late in the evening and we were short on options... we jumped online and found this lil spot. Loved the name and Noemi aka “nice honey badger” was super sweet and helpful with the process. We needed a stop over on our way to Big Bend. We were delighted to find this great little no frills park with hookups. Naomi and her son were the perfect hosts. Helpful, kind and a lot of fun. Great restaurant recommendation. Good wifi, water pressure, 50 amp and sewer.

I booked based on location to interstate, its ratings, and rave reviews. I was not disappointed. This is a low frills, simple, easy, and well-maintained RV park -- and clean. It's great for overnights or longer stays if you're rig is self-sufficient -- there's no restrooms/bath house. The electric, water, and sewer are all newly instal... more
I booked based on location to interstate, its ratings, and rave reviews. I was not disappointed. This is a low frills, simple, easy, and well-maintained RV park -- and clean. It's great for overnights or longer stays if you're rig is self-sufficient -- there's no restrooms/bath house. The electric, water, and sewer are all newly installed and in a great shape. The wifi was fast and included -- generally 10-15mbps. The sites are level. And it's easy in and out. I don't need more than that. Best of all, Neomi (the owner) is very conscientious about ensuring customers are settled in and have what they need -- and recommends all the best places around town. It's low frills -- but that was my expectation.

I was very pleased with my stay here. Noemi could not have been nicer or more helpful. My spot was level, and quiet with excellent wireless internet. The campground was very neat and orderly. Perfect for me.

Leaving Carlsbad, Nm heading to San Antonio, and my husband took ill, quickly (kidneystone). Very cold temps, and snow was falling quick. Needed a place with full hookup, and immediately. Called ahead and the owner, Naomi was more than happy to help us out. Small park, right off interstate 10, quiet and nice. I wasn’t comfortable taki... more
Leaving Carlsbad, Nm heading to San Antonio, and my husband took ill, quickly (kidneystone). Very cold temps, and snow was falling quick. Needed a place with full hookup, and immediately. Called ahead and the owner, Naomi was more than happy to help us out. Small park, right off interstate 10, quiet and nice. I wasn’t comfortable taking the camper off the truck, and Naomi offered to drive us anywhere I (we) needed to go in case my husband needed anything. Super friendly sweet lady. She’s only owned the park for 8mths and very excited for this new adventure. I would definitely stay here again. Wifi & phone service was excellent.

After having some issues with our tires, my husband and I couldn’t make it to our original destination so we called up this RV park as an alternative. The lady who answered was friendly and helpful and told us to come on over! It’s just off of I-10 and has mostly long-term tenants, but it was amazingly quiet. $30 cash or $32.50 credit, and though there are no shower or restroom facilities, if you have a self-contained unit and you just need hookups and a place to rest this fits the bill!
