That was the only difficulty was getting rid of your trash.

Easy access from Hwy 95. This camping spot is just off the highway, so there is some road noise. It's about 3 miles north of Quartzsite so if you need supplies, restaurants, church, or repairs, you can find them close by. No large stores, but the convenience market has a great produce section, and even fresh meats. When you pull into Hi-Jolly, a BLM host will give you a window sticker good for 14 days. Then you just drive back as far as you want to go and find a spot to park. The place is pretty level, and had lots of fire pits made from rocks. There were about 25 motorhome or trailers set up when we pulled in. There were even a couple of tent campers. We did not have any trouble finding a spot to set up. The wind did blow quite steadily for the first 2 days. After that, it slowed down to a reasonable amount. The ATV trails were at the back of the camping area, with trails pretty well marked. We will definitely be back.

There were only about 25 rigs in the place when we stayed in mid November but this place can easily handle several hundred. This is pure dry camping so no water, power, sewer or garbage. We will likely try to stay here again for the Big Tent in February.

We camped here two months ago, and again this past weekend. What a difference! In March, it was packed wall to wall. I found it hard to get a spot where I wouldn't be disturbing others.
This past weekend, we were the ONLY ONES HERE! It was lovely. My daughter and granddaughter were able to fly kites.

I didn’t have to go very far back to avoid hearing any of the cars on the 95. You can see the lights on highway 10 at night but there is still really great star gazing. Only about 3 miles to get to the town of Quartzsite for gas or a little bite to eat. but the nearest real grocery stores are going to be out of town so come stocked if you plan to stay for more then a night.
Nearby “pit stop” has cheap dump station too.
As far as cell coverage- I use Metro PCS which is powered by TMobile and I was getting good cell and fast internet!

Nice enough boondocking spot. Mostly level ground with loose fist-sized rocks. Easy to navigate in our 65 foot rig. When you arrive, you will check-in with the host who will issue you a permit to stick on your window. 14 day max stay.

We parked toward the back and close to the edge of parking sites quite near the tree line. Since Hi Jolly is right off Highway 95 about 3 miles north of Quartzsite, we parked toward the back to be far as possible from the road noise and fewer campers.
There are many fire rings scattered about, some of which have nails, etc. so beware!
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Except for one thoughtless RVer who parked one short drive across from us and ran their generator about 12-15 hours a day. Ugh! I just kept hoping they would leave... fortunately, they stayed only 4 days.
We enjoyed spectacular sunsets, excellent cell signal, Verizon, and a mix of warm to very cold temperatures. Our first few days temperatures were in the 80s whereas our last few days dropped temperatures dropped into 50s with near freezing nighttime lows. We had some days with high winds. I happen to like varied weather patterns so I was well rewarded!
The camp host was very pleasant when we checked in and never intrusive.
We like Quartzsite! We enjoyed eating at several different local restaurants, grocery shopped at both local groceries as well as had battery service at Discount Solar.
We will definitely stay at Hi Jolly again!

Camped here two nights...best thing about it was no city lights and fabulous night sky viewing. Could see the Milky Way! Dirt, rocks, some gravel. Easy to find a spot to tuck in with little highway noise. Can't wait to go back.

Really a great place to camp.
We tent camped here with only one issue. A huge Rattle Snake came to visit us one night and trapped us in our tent.
It was really exciting!!!
That sucker must of been 8' long.
Say hi to Alex the camp Host. He's a really nice guy.
