Overall Rating
We enjoyed our time here and would come back. However, there are very little trees, zero shade - that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for site quality. My husband kept referring it to nothing more than a large field. (we tend to like the state park feel better)
That being said, the pool was fantastic, lots of activities for the kids, live band, food trucks, golf course and beautiful lake.
I was pleasantly surprised that with so many people, it was very quiet. Everyone was friendly.
They did have a bunch of internet towers through out the park, but because so many people were on it, it was slow, slow, sloooow. I expected this, so was not a big deal. But for others it might be.
