“Tiny campground with no privacy”

Overall Rating

We scouted this campground because Reservation.gov said one site was 65 feet long. I would not bring a rig that large into this campground. The sites were small the the loop tight. I would not bring my 32 foot 5th wheel into this campground.

There is a single vault toilet and there were water spigots. There is no privacy between the campgrounds.

We had no Verizon coverage and 2 bars of AT&T 4G.

Overall Rating

This campground has around ten sites not far from the road.

There are a couple of water spigots, but they weren't working. :(

Even after calling recreation.gov I never was able how to work out how we could pick a site and be sure that it didn't get reserved while we were in it. There was no camp host.

It's a beautiful area with good Verizon cell coverage. A tiny canal was right behind our site.

We were very disappointed that the water hydrants didn't work. There are a couple vault toilets.

There are lots of tall pine trees, but the sites are situated in such a way that the sun will cook you most of the day.

We used the veteran discount and actually only paid $11.
