Easy to reserve on phone. Quick easy check in. They did charge extra $9 because I asks for pull through. Camp had very few rigs and most likely would have gotten same site anyway. Lots of rules that didn’t affect us. Clean bathrooms and laundry room. Private showers.

One of the locals even helped me jump my car during our stay (thank you!!). With Fort Bridger Historic Site right next door (which is awesome and well worth the $8) this is a must stop! Really good wifi and just a super well organized and taken care of place. The ground is clay and I can imagine it would be pretty mucky for awhile after a good rain. The mosquitos were pretty bad in July here so take precautions.

Clean and grassy campground. Very nice and quiet. We only stayed one night on the way home from our road trip. Very clean restroom and smell good too. I highly recommend this place. A few miles from I-80 but worth it. The owners are very nice people.

We stayed for one night. The staff was great. Called and asked if they had space and she said come on in. When we arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. Checked in an lead to our site. Very nice site with full hook ups. Very quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this park for an overnight or a longer stay.

The spots are not concrete pads, but they are nice, well-spaced, manicured gravel that are flat. The woman at the front desk checked us in, gave us all the info and escorted us to our spot. She then helped line everything up and then took off. The Wi-Fi was great and the park was quiet. We’d definitely go back for a 1 night stay passing through.

Crusty old dude escorts you (he walks) to what are innovative pull thru’s. When a fellow RV’er plugged in, it immediately blew out power to most of the park. That crusty (read interesting) character was immediately on it. An electrician arrived in no time & all was good. Without unhooking, I was able to level our fifth wheel just enough. This was a very different site experience for us, but I loved it. We’ll return, but not in hot or wet weather.

I was coming in during the final 2 days of the annual mountain man rendezvous and they had someone pull out early and were happy to accommodate me. Shawn and Dee were friendly even helped me get into spot and made sure I knew where things were and had the WiFi access. Showers were hot and clean and free and laundry coin op was available on site. I expected some rowdiness with the festival but other than being super busy and a lot of people it was quiet and peaceful and just what I needed to focus on work for the week. I would gladly stop again.

Fort Bridger is a small CG that we had hoped would be a relaxing and convenient stop on our trip into Wyoming. The sites are long, relatively level, and wider than we usually see in commercial campgrounds. Spots are mostly grass with some exposed dirt, and the park road is all dirt. We had a little rain during our stay, and it was a mess, especially for walking our dog. While there are a few trees throughout the park, they don’t offer much privacy and campsites run exactly parallel (not angled), so you can see right into your neighbor’s RV and vice-versa. Site utilities are in the back and worked fine during our stay. The park WiFi worked OK, and our Verizon worked without our booster.
We had an unusually terrible customer service experience checking in and getting settled into our site, and this wasn’t just a lack of effort or single comment from this particular staff member. This individual was rude and unpleasant in repeated and separate conversations with myself alone, my partner alone, and to both us together. Everybody has a tough day or fails to offer their kindest self sometimes, but without going over all of our interactions, it seemed like this person thought their behavior and choice of words were fine and sometimes even funny.
The check-out time here is 10am, which is oddly early and could be inconvenient for some, and this park is also expensive for being pretty basic. With a Good Sams discount the prices are $40 cash/$41 cc for a back-in and $45 cash/$46 cc for a pull-through.
Needless to say, we would not stay here again.
