Road noise was considerable as our site was the closest to it. WiFi and cable TV were provided but we didn't use them. Power was 50 amp with no voltage issues. The site was well shaded.
ATT signal was strong but speeds were unusable with a roof mounted Pepwave antenna. We had to use band locking to get on a less congested band - speeds were 47mbps down and 15 up after that. TMobile speeds were better.

Spent 2 weeks in Thermopolis for motorcycling activities and hot spring soaking. The campground owners/operators are super nice couple and help with all my questions. The back in site was not the best choice for my Toy Hauler (unable to load and unload while parked) given there is a retaining wall directly against the back of the RV. Site is level and a dirt parking spot. Plenty of room next to the office to load and unload you vehicles and items when coming in or going out.
Sites are close together with my site next to one of the their cabin rentals. Enough room though for me to park my tow vehicle beside the RV which I really appreciate. Water pressure is really good, but you will need a regulator to dial in correct pressure for your rig. Had an issue with my AC power surge protector cutting out twice during my stay (neutral fault code) and didn't reset while I was out for 10 hours one day and didn't have my refrigerator set to failover to gas. Loss all my dairy products, changed the switch to failover to gas so the second time it tripped so I was good with all my food.
The Owner came out and to see what the issue with my power pedestal was (getting 111 and 113 volts on the power legs) and even called the power company to come and look at the issue. Looks like one of the power points from the power transformer is putting out low power on the 50 amp service sites when nearly full. Owner put and extension cord onto my power cable and moved me to a new pedestal. Even with that I was still getting 1 to 2 volts below 120 on both my power legs, but good enough to power my rig without further issues. The Watchdog Surge Protector I using is too cautious and cuts power without an auto reset when power restores to normal condition that makes you do a manual reset.
All and all a good stay and enjoyed my time here and would come back again.

Eagle RV Park is about 5 minutes from the center of town and is also neighbors with the local whitewater rafting company. A short walk and you're there. The campground is small, but larger rigs can maneuver without trouble. Sites are small but ample. My 35' coach filled our site end-to-end. Our car was parked across the lane in front of us, so no issue there. The hookup pedestals and sewer dump require long runs and are unfortunately located right next to your neighbors picnic table. Be courteous to your neighbor and don't dump while they're eating dinner. The park is filled with tall shady trees which may cause issues for you satellite TV folk. We prefer the shade, especially when the temps were running in the high 90's.
The rafting company is right next door and has two-hour trips that float through the Wind River Canyon which are way fun and interesting. 20 miles out of town is Legend Rock, where you can see petroglyphs. In town are the famous hot springs where you can soak after a day of adventure. Don't miss the Wyoming Dinosaur Center and Museum. And no visit is complete without a cocktail at the Safari Lounge.
My AT&T hotspot managed 8mbps download. Ample for streaming TV and everything else we do on the internet. When away from the hotspot our Consumer Cellular T-Mobile was consistently on LTE.

Had stayed for a nt traveling towards the Bighorns . Based on other reviews,I know it was the best in town . Owner gave me my choice of 3 sites . Not enough room to park your TV . Pretty tight sites . Older , small campground , but the owners are working hard and go out of their way to help anyone . Didn't use any facilities .

Very friendly. Lots of shade trees. For a commercial RV park, plenty of space between sites. Sites have a dump valve in the middle and at the end. Very clean campground. Dump fee was $5

It was crazy to have crazy winds outside and you only hear it in the trees.

Very accommodating, helpful owners on site that go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. They actually offered to disconnect our towed vehicle from the RV!! The grounds are immaculate, nice playground for the kiddos, gas grills for campers' use. The sites are a bit small because it was built when rigs were not so large. The restrooms were spotless even though we stayed over a holiday weekend and the park was full. There were a couple long-term residents but never saw them. The owners were constantly cleaning, maintaining the park and are a prime example of how a park should be run. We'd definitely stay again next time we are in Thermopolis!
The park could use a fenced dog run and the owners said they are putting one in. The park is about 3 miles from the hot springs.
