The site prices are a little steep varying from $41 - $85 dollars. The campground is very nice and the creek side sites are great! We've been here twice, once for a week long T@B camper rally and the second time as an overnight stop on the way to Hunting Island, SC. The site sizes vary but are acceptable in general. The noise level is acceptable but most of the noise came from the nearby wood mill. Overall we found our stays peaceful and pleasant. The restrooms were all separate which was really nice and they were very clean. The location is great both right off of Interstate 40 and near Smokey Mountain attractions like the Blue Ridge Parkway, Maggie Valley, shopping & restaurants, casino, etc.

Our site was a back in gravel site with full hookups, a picnic table on a gravel pad, cable tv, and fast internet. Our site backed up to a creek which runs beside the campground. The sites are fairly close together but not so close you are on top of your neighbor. There is grass between the sites and the creek sites had beautiful trees along the creek bank. The park has a clubhouse with a laundry and bath house. There are also sites which are not on the creek that are closer together without much shade.
After a day of visiting Cataloochee Valley or taking a drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway we enjoyed relaxing beside the creek.
The campground is conveniently located about a mile from Interstate 40 and a short drive from both Waynesville and Maggie Valley. We would definitely stay here again.
