There is a Loves 15 min from here but very loud. I dove out to this small town and it was perfect. Find the Watertower and the park is there. Real bathrooms with running water in November- Happy Camper here

Courtland is a really cute little town! The parking area is directly underneath the water tower. This is just a small concrete/grass parking area in the town park, but it'll do. Bathroom available in the warm season. Water spigot available at the bathroom during the warm season. Covered picnic area. Nearby ballfield and playground. 20 amp available on a nearby pole. There's no indication if parking is permitted in the grass or only on the two concrete strips. If permitted in the grass, I'd say you could get about 3-5 RVs into this area. Active train tracks about 100 yards away. Unfortunately, there doesn't appear to be any place to leave a donation.
Irrigation Ales brewery is open in town Friday's and Saturday's. Another nice eatery appears to have limited hours, too.
A couple warnings: Don't go past the park on Freedom Road if you're big. There's no place to turn around. The little one-lane road into the park is small but there's plenty of room for full size rigs to turn around at the end in the grain elevator parking lot. Larger rigs might have an easier time getting in from the south through the elevator parking lot rather than from Freedom Road.
