I thought the pictures were accurate although doesn’t show the campground in its entirety. Are there a lot of full-timers here? Yes, but I wouldn’t say 95% are dumps but closer to 15%. We are full-timers and have stayed here for an extended period due to husbands job and love the country setting. Very quiet park with security on site.... more

We are full-timers and have stayed here for an extended period due to husbands job and love the country setting. Very quiet park with security on site. Friendly staff and reasonable rates. Very well maintained and if something does go wrong are quick to fix.

95% of the spaces are long term "dumps". The spots for us short termers have no sewage. You have to pay for honey wagon. Or walk across the campground to the bath house. Which surprisingly is clean. The spots are on top of each other. The pads are extremely narrow and are surrounded by muddy grass. The grounds are unkempt also. I woul... more

I would not recommend this place to anyone.
