I was excited about this spot due to the mineral springs and the closeness to Palm Springs, so I booked a two week stay. I ended up leaving after 3 days. The site I was in had huge holes all around and in the center, making it very difficult to get my small rig in. When I let the staff know, they said not to worry, they knew my dog couldn't have done it that quickly. No offer to move or fill the holes, which maybe is my fault because I'm not an aggressive complainer. The concrete pad was broken and missing chunks. The neighbors dog barked non-stop and I could hear every word of the other neighbors movie. The pools were a couple of rows away, but everything echoed and it was very busy so loud all the time too. I had high hopes for the showers since on the surface they looked nice. Unfortunately, they were just as disgusting as the rest of the place. Really, really gross. I don't typically stay in rv parks and so maybe this is the norm, but it was pretty awful. The manager that the Google reviews rave about complained about other staff and guests every time I talked to her. Maybe that was part of the really terrible vibe of the place? Verizon signal was 2 up and 1 down so unusable for working. I'd skip this place and check out one of the many, many other parks around!

The park appearance is decent but it seems like they aren't spending enough on upkeep and maintenance. It tends to be quite windy in this area on some days which is not too bad as they have a lot of trees on the perimeter that serve as a wind break however no one seems to clean up all the leaves from the trees that blow around the resort and there are large piles everywhere, we ended up buying our own rake to clean up our site. They come around daily to collect your trash from the curb however they take it to a large dumpster in the adjacent storage yard and there it sits in the sun which at times can be smelt from the resort and there are always a large number of flies around, perhaps from the garbage? I can't speak to the amenities such as the pools etc as we didn't use them. The dog park is quite small but there is a large empty lot right next door that I believe is owned by the resort so this was a great area to walk our dog. A couple of annoying policies they have: 1. If you want to wash your own RV or truck they charge $35 or $25 respectively so that you may have the pleasure of using their water, that seems outrageous to me. 2. There is a $10 charge for each guest that comes to visit regardless if they use the facilities or not, kinda steep if you just want to have family come for dinner. Overall it certainly is not horrible and their prices are reasonable for the Greater Palm Springs area I just think it could easily be much better with a bit of effort.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We first stayed here back in 2019 and we were more impressed with it back in '19. This time, we paid more for a luxury site, but right next door to us was what appeared to be a long-term resident who smoked constantly and it went over right into our site. There seem to be a lot more long-term residents here this year than a few years back, which is a shame. We also noticed that there seemed to be a bunch of aisles where rigs were parked right next to each other, which seems really odd -- why wouldn't you space folks out more? Unless they are rallies desiring to be smack up against each other, this just doesn't make sense! The biggest disappointment was the "store." The website still advertises that there is one, and let me tell you: there's NOT. Back in '19, there was, and it was a great place to pick up anything you could have forgotten. Now there is literally some soda, ice cream sandwiches, and a mini BBQ or two. That's IT. This was incredibly disappointing to us as we had forgotten our pasta pots and thought, "It's okay, we'll just buy one at the CatSpa store." MAJOR downgrade -- this resort OUGHT to have a really nice store! Here's the other thing: the whole "new pavilion" announcement on their website is a total SHAM: we noticed how nice it was, but that literally NOBODY was using it!? We noticed that the beautiful fire pits said "No Propane" and the beautiful gas grills were literally locked up with heavy chains. REAL nice look for what is supposed to be a luxury RV resort....we inquired and learned that previous guests had totally taken advantage of this and had the firepits lit up WAY too high/dangerously. While we understand that is a major liability, you should NOT be advertising the pavilion on your website if it is literally NOT USABLE. So, here's this gorgeous pavilion with gas grills, tables, fire pits with concrete seating areas -- ALL UTTERLY UNUSABLE. The owner REALLY needs to get business savvy and figure out a way to make the pavilion that they are USING to attract folks to stay here ACTUALLY ACCESSIBLE and USABLE. We also noticed that the three times we used the upper clubhouse hot tub it was NOT CLEAN. We kept hoping it was the "day before" and that someone would have cleaned it. NOPE. The hot tub in the lower clubhouse (which actually usually gets more use!) worked the 1st evening we stayed here, but then was out of commission the whole rest of the stay! For us, this was kind of the last straw. We realize these things happen, but the hot tub is a REALLY big reason a lot of people choose to stay at a "luxury" RV resort! This hot tub, which again, we used the 1st night, was clean. So, another disappointment that forced us to use the upper clubhouse hot tub which didn't look clean. There was what appeared to be disgusting bloody mucus floating in it. NOT okay when we're spending over $100/night!!! The last time we stayed here, the mini golf set-up was cute. Now, it is broken down, dirty, and a disgrace. Such a shame. The shuffleboard area needs repainting and the wood benches were literally falling apart. The only area that seemed to be well-maintained was the pickle-ball courts. Those looked great. Even the dog park seemed sad and not looked after or cared about. We noticed that they were putting together some bright blue and green tables for certain sites, so that - we are hoping - will be something they offer for every site. Spending over $100/night and NOT even getting a table is pretty bad. Think about it: you get more luxury, site-wise, at a state campground! Add to that the fact that we would have to pay extra for wifi. Well, all this might make us choose a different RV resort next time. Which, frankly, is REALLY SAD. We truly loved our experience here previously and had hoped to make it an annual visit....

If you value setting up camp and relaxing, dont come here everything should be locked up. (They cut the locks on bikes so they come prepared)

Wow! This place is so cool! We loved our time here and felt very relaxed while staying here. The pools and hot springs were amazing, and I really liked how they were open 24 hours. Many places we have been staying have odd hours for the pool, but this place let's you use the pool and spa when you want to. They also have a great workout facility, clean showers, 2 laundry rooms, corn hole, horse shoe, putt putt and activities. The sites we separated by tall bushes and we couldn't hear the neighbor next to us. My husband worked from the camper the whole time with his Verizon hotspot and had great signal. The only complaint I had was that the wi-fi in the park was not free unless you stayed in a luxury site. I paid for a week to use the wi-fi and had terrible service, I couldn't even use it. I try not to use our hotspot since my husband works from it. Otherwise I highly recommend this park, and we will be back

New Owners. We have been members of this park for many years. No care has been given to even the smallest detail. We were hoping the new owners would take more care of their investment. That has not been the case. The nightly rates have gone up and up but nothing else has changed. The lower popular hot tub and pool has a stop work order by the county building department and thus is off limits for guest use. The same is true for the bathrooms, showers and club house. Numerous members have tried and failed to get appointments with the manager with no success. If you are looking for a mineral bath try another RV Park in DHS.
