Prices advertised not real. They make them to as they go. Hundres more charged than expected based on orices on the site. Owner is unprofessional and rude. Never stay here. Not worth it.

Paulette coordinated a site for us for the Labor Day Holiday weekend while she was out of town on vacation! We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. A large pond or two surrounded by nicely manicured green grass fields for our dog to run and sniff and play. Approx 24 RV campsites, most (20?) filler with long term/seasonal campers. So maybe 4/5 sites available for nightly campers. Water and 30/50 amp service provided. Sewer was available but not used. Bath/Shower room combo for both Men and Women, water pressure and temperature were good and water was nice (ie city water not well water.) Although there is a warning that the water hookup is non-potable? We did not drink it regardless. Was invited to a Labor Day pot luck dinner but we had other plans. Would stay again when in the area. $35/night was a very fair price.
