Beautiful view of the valley and river below. If you walked about 200 ft to the west just over the hill, you had a magnificent view of the Tetons. Open range area with lots of cows. Great for a one night stop over to get away from the crowds in Teton and Yellowstone. Verizon service was very sketchy. Couldn't make a call, bit occasionally a text would randomly pop up on the phone.

Locals call her Felicia. It was awesome to watch, but be aware this is HER NEIGHBORHOOD. The mosquitoes are aggressive and never let up. Ever. We finally gave in and pulled chalks and find another spot to get some relief. It made us sad bc we LOVED the location and the Phillips 66 up the road had great showers and a little bar.

Literally no spaces available. This is a national forest but dispersed camping is only allowed in marked sites which were all full. No luck here. Bear signs everywhere too so we didn’t feel comfortable cooking dinner here. Good luck finding an open spot here! Probably would have been a good spot if there were any open.
