Did hear occasional trains a couple blocks away. 2-3 long stay rigs but probably 20 sites. (And could just boondock in a pinch). Full services. Bathrooms were clean but dated with shower curtains for toilet doors. Coded door entry, had to ask other camper so maybe call ahead. Credit card machine (smart!) Right next to water park and ball field with grandstand on grounds 1000 feet away. Pulled in late so not sure what that’s for. Cute park with swing set, clean grounds. Quite quiet after the little league game ended at 8pm. Nice place!

I arrived around 3 pm, they have about 20 spots, there were about 5 campers on site on a Sunday. All the sites are parallel but there’s plenty of room, nice and quiet at night, some shade. Nice place across the street to take a walk around a big pond.

There is a set of train tracks nearby which isn't a problem unless you are a very light sleeper.

Easy access, good electric and water site with a dump at the campground, close to all city park amenities, huge park, trail, museum, basketball courts, baseball, pool, fairgrounds near. Men’s restroom/shower older but clean, decently quiet location, easy payment kiosk with posted rules.

Bathroom is accessable via a code. But it is old school cinder blocks and functional. Floors were clean. Sink, shower, urinal (men's room) okay and old.
Felt very safe.

This was our third night in a row being woken by trains. I just can’t sleep with ear plugs and have a really though time falling back asleep. Our site was shady and the dump was convenient but I wouldn’t be caught dead in the shower or the toilet. They were just nasty. There were four boys playing in them that were not staying in the park. One was playing lookout so I knew they were up to no good. They had the code to the doors so maybe the park needs to change the codes. I was tired of their noise so I took out my phone and told the young boy to smile I was taking his picture. Needless to say they took off. I would not stay again. If you are the type that worries a lot about safety this may be a good spot for you. I know the police drove through the park at least twice after dark.

We just needed a spot for the night passing through. We are in a camper van with a cassette potty. Choose this spot on our route for the showers and bathhouse. Yikes. What. A. Mess. No doors on stalls. Concrete floor black, with I don’t know what. 1 free shower in the back had lovely flower curtain and when you round the corner you will be assaulted with what I can only describe as a crime scene looking shower. Again with a wet concrete floor that is black from mystery substance, trash everywhere, abandoned wet clothes and strange odor. We will not be showering tonight. Only get bathroom code after paying on receipt. Campground it self is a gravel loop that backs to the city park on one side and the city maintenance yard on the other. Dump trucks entering as we arrived to unload. For $25 a night this is the worst campground we have ever been to.

Decent little city campground with water and electric. Dump station onsite. Didn't use the facilities. Next to nice city park. Good TMobile and Verizon signals. First come first served with a electronic pay station.

We were just passing through and needed a place to stay for a night, liked it so well we stayed 2 nights. It's first come, first serve. We arrived at 4pm on a Friday and by 7pm the campground was full. WiFi was very good. We'd stay here in again.
It's near the city park and just outside of town.
