You cannot go wrong staying here! We called same day and were able to get a spot. We tow our airstream basecamp with a Tesla. This was not a problem here. You cannot go wrong staying here! We called same day and were able to get a spot. We tow our airstream basecamp with a Tesla. This was not a problem here. They gave us a second site to charge our car, as a precaution for their pedestals, and only charged $10. When we arrived, the owners and guests were incredibly friendly. We felt right at home! We settled in and got to play their vast array of yard games, do some laundry, and had our dinner in the rec room where there are a million other games, movies, etc. It felt truly welcoming, they are making constant upgrades to the park. Another review said diamond in the rough and I have to agree. We loved our stay and will absolutely be back!

I booked my site online and check-in was easy. The staff was very friendly and even escorted me to my site. The park sites are flat and covered with pea gravel. Hookups are easily accessible. I like the ambience of the lights at night; it gives off a romantic feel. A diamond in the rough!

Sparkling clean bathrooms and laundry room ($1.50 per load). Big recreation room with chairs and free coffee. Level gravel pull through site had plenty of room even though the park was near full. It is a flat 1 mile walk to Del’s or Watson’s downtown and we felt perfectly safe walking our dogs on the wide shoulder for the 0.5 miles un... more

It is a flat 1 mile walk to Del’s or Watson’s downtown and we felt perfectly safe walking our dogs on the wide shoulder for the 0.5 miles until the sidewalks began. The owners have done a great job of renovating the property and making people feel comfortable and welcome. We will keep this on our favorites list for future visits.

Did not use showers or laundry but both appeared to be clean and well maintained. Will stay again.

I am so glad they are back open after flooding earlier this year. I have stayed here a few times as an overnight passing through. It is always clean and an easy in and out stay. Very quiet!

Booked online the night before. Very convenient. Owners are very friendly and accommodating. Sites are level and a decent size. We were able to park together with our friends facing us. Scenery is amazing. Easy in and out. Close to I40 but very little noise.

We stayed one night passing through the area. Basically a big gravel lot but staff was super friendly and bathroom facilities were good and clean.
