Upon arrival at 3 pm the office was closed and the gate locked, I paid in full prior to arrival and was not given a gate code. We were finally let in and parked in our assigned site. This is a campground, not an RV park. Upon arrival at 3pm we could not enter as they did not give us the code and nobody was in the office even though they were "open" 9 to 5.
