Beware that the turns you must make to get on and off the bridge which you must pass to get to the campgrounds are very tight. I squeezed by with a 20 foot travel trailer towed with an F-150 and later read the website which states that it’s not recommended for an RV or trailer over 18 feet. No cell service here.

Stayed on C Loop, with power. Still cold at night. Snow still in the shadows. Busy with Memorial Day campers. Accommodates big rigs easily. We have a 32 ft trailer. Lots of bigger 5th wheels in the campground. Clean, well maintained.

I was a row shy of the river. I had to look, from my RV, thru other rvs but there are benches near the water to sit and take in the sight of slow moving barges going up river. They travel through the night, but their low, constant rumble can't be heard from inside the RV with the windows closed. They didn't blow any hours like a distant train....

The pull-thrus had more side room. I backed in along with a few others that were backed in, almost like a star pattern. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially when there was a major rain storm that, what appeared to be a clogged drain, flooded about half the site. Staff assisted everyone and had a temp location for everyone to go to. The...
