"Dirty Bathrooms"

active staractive staractive starinactive starinactive star
For the price we paid I would expect someone to clean the bathrooms. There was trash in our site when we arrived and screaming kids running everywhere unsupervised. The cave trails were littered with trash and and new trails were made by people walking where they want. Iowa DNR needs to step up their game here.

We camped at Fruita Campground in beautiful Capitol Reef National Park during mid-May at campsite 28 loop B and just a short walk to the little store where freshly baked fruit pies and sweet cinnamon rolls are available. The store opens at 9am with a long line of visitors waiting for their chance to purchase these delicious items, the store...

Our site had electric and water hookups, covered picnic table area, fire ring, and plenty of shade trees. The modern restrooms and hot free shower building was clean and well maintained. A trail leading into the...

We camped at the North Campground in Bryce Canyon National Park in early May at site 14 loop A. Our rate of $15.00 per night was with the Access Pass discount, otherwise the rate is $30.00 per night. Our site was a paved pull-thru site with four steps up to the picnic table, fire ring, and plenty of shade trees. This site is very spacious...

"Quiet, convenient campground."

This was a long weekend get together for 3 couples. We had sites 86, 87 & 88. Online booking was easy. It is a little irritating that you have to pay an extra $10 to confirm a spot and then the reservation confirmation you receive has no mention of your selected spot but whatever... We entered the campground via I-65, Exit 310 onto AL-157....
