Everything about the experience of staying here was top-notch. Ease of booking, friendly staff nice spaces well manicured landscaping. fantastic heated pool , very nice rec center and clubhouse. Lots of scheduled activities. Will definitely put tho on our favorites list

Right above Carson city, take the fairgrounds entrance in, and there’s a large square of BLM, the fairgrounds parking lot included. You can go out far or stay by the road. Verified by BLM that this is usable, spent 3 days here so far no issues. Great cell service, very quiet.

We pulled in after dark. Signage is poor. Basically a mowed field with some gravel strips to park on. There was electric. The reason we didn’t stay was the price. Out of state pays $14 for the privilege of driving in and another $30 to camp with electric, no water. $44. No thanks.

Excellent cell services. Not many shaded sites. Sites in the “middle” have lots of space. Sites along the water front are kind of close together but are generally at enough of an angle you won’t be staring at your neighbor through the window of your RV and offer great views of the lake.
