We needed an overnight near my husband's old hometown of Cimarron. Called an left a message at campground. Was not sure what to expect. Mike called us back quickly, was very friendly and accomodating for a possible late arrival. Shout out to Mike!

Stayed here on a whim as I planned to visit Dodge City, which is 20 miles West. The weekly price was $150, so I decided to stay instead of going back or North to the Horsethief reservoir. There is a grocery and liquor store across the street and a restaurant and bar in Cimarron. I took my dog to Cimarron Crossing park each day for off leash running on the ballfields and in the dry Arkansas riverbed. Just be sure not to leave any dog duty in the outfield if you do this, too. It was a little loud from the road noise near the front of the RV park, but it was tolerable. There isn't a ton to do here, but it's a great stop if you're passing through and like to have all the amenities for a great price. I would stay again, but maybe not for a week.

This was a good overnight for us. Water, sewer and electric for $25! We didn’t hook up to water or sewer or even unhook our truck since we were leaving again in the morning but others were using all of the services. Several spots were open. There is a grocery store across the highway. Sorry, I didn’t take a photo.
