We stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding nearby at bethany beach. The campground was easy to get into and our pullthrough site was nice, level and concrete was in good condition. We stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding nearby at bethany beach. The campground was easy to get into and our pullthrough site was nice, level and concrete was in good condition. There was a large group all throughout the campground and they were very nice but played their music for everyone to hear all day and late into the night. The bath house was clean and campground was all around clean.

Our 4th of July family camping trip at Treasure Beach RV Park in Fenwick Island, DE was outstanding. As a family of five with young children, we were thrilled to find a campground that offered an abundance of activities and conveniences to keep everyone entertained and happy, and with restaurants and activities nearby.
One of the highlights of our stay was the wide range of activities available at the campground. The pool was a big hit with our kids, who spent hours each day swimming and making new friends. Additionally, the early morning kayaking allowed the kiddos to explore the safe, surrounding waters.
What made our experience even more special was the vibrant community of families at the campground. It was awesome to see so many families come together, creating a fun atmosphere. Our children had the opportunity to meet and interact with other kids, forming new friendships.
The campground's overall convenience was appreciated. The amenities were well-maintained, clean, and easily accessible. The availability of modern facilities, such as clean restrooms and showers, ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, the staff members were attentive, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The location of the park was an added bonus. With its picturesque surroundings we were treated to stunning views and a tranquil atmosphere. The serene coastal vibes combined with the variety of activities created the perfect setting for a relaxing and memorable family vacation.

This is the most expensive RV park we've stayed in in our 8 years of full-timing. We were just passing through on our way to New Jersey and wanted to check Delaware off our list. This is the most expensive RV park we've stayed in in our 8 years of full-timing. We were just passing through on our way to New Jersey and wanted to check Delaware off our list. Since we stayed just one night, we were not able to make a reservation (they have a 3-night minimum). In my phone conversation with the office, I misunderstood and thought the rate was $115 per night - it was a bit of a shock when we arrived and learned it is actually $155.
This is a very large RV park with over 1000 sites, with mostly seasonal campers. There are five recreational lagoons or finger canals and also a number of sites that are directly on Asawoman Bay as well as a small beach area. There are a few waterfront sites for transitory campers.
We were in site 633, near the street/front of the RV park. We were given a map and verbal instructions (which were not clear) and set off to find our site ourselves. After driving around a bit and then circling our "block" several times, we finally got to our site. There is no shade and the site was on the small side.
The RV park itself is well maintained. The seasonal campers mostly have nice campers with a few really nice park models sprinkled about. There is a nice pool and a big bouncy thing for kids.
