"Nice New Park"

I was staying here for five nights while attending a Switch it up huddle. The park is easy to get into the sites are long not all of the pads are positioned exactly for class a’s , if you want to park behind the rig. If you want to park in front of the rig, you can get the patio pad fairly close to the door. The convenience store was well...

"Serves It Purpose At Best "

This park is useful if it’s necessary to be in Charlotte. Thats it. It’s overpriced, the manager seems to dislike her job, (the camp host is nice, but doesn’t work in the office) there’s many long term tenants who don’t respect quiet hours and it’s not enforced. Sites are not level so need risers. Have stayed in much nicer parks for less money....

"Poor Managed Site"

active starinactive starinactive starinactive starinactive star
I stayed here for a week, waiting for our house to get finished. My camper was shorted out by faulty rv plug ins. And for the short time there, was bit by tics and noticed roaches that got into my unit. The overall stay was not pleasant. The Owner is rude and obnoxious when I went in to pay my rent stay. My wife and I will not return

We got a flat tire late in the day on 95 heading to Florida and we called in desperation. Kenda was so easy and accommodating, answering a late call and welcoming us well after dark. She led us to our site and made everything easy. The campground is truly beautiful and looks brand new. It’s very peaceful, we would definitely stay here in...

"Great staff but loud and pricey for off season"

active staractive staractive starinactive starinactive star
Can't say enough about staff. Very friendly, informative, and helpful. Park has a pool and lazy river and on water but also on I-95, the noise of trucks crossing the rough bridge is never ending. Sites have some thin stone but it needs replenishing, game area and pickle ball courts are worn with nets sagging. Price is excessive for condition...
