Overall Rating
Drive up the road of what was to be a resort but was probably battered by a storm, and go up to a house by the entrance. Several streets are lined with slabs where you can park. Quiet beach. Has toilet and showers in disrepair but functional (bring your own supplies). Feels safe

Nice hosts, beautiful beach, quiet.
Entrance is the big concrete sign, said Residencias and the rest is painted and scribbled over, it is run down, we could see it was deluxe in the past. Overall we would return and stay in a heartbeat, the beach is lovely and clean

Only stayed one night we will stay again on the way back up the baja. Asked for 20$ we settled at 15. Probably would of went cheaper but they seemed very nice and didn't want to be to hard on the negotiation. They are very nice people. Stayed at a spot close to the beach next to the big building. It allowed us to have shade til mid morning. Quiet beach other than the occasional dune buggy passing by. Felt very safe. The owner stays at the gate. No electricity hookups as far as i know but it does have bathrooms and showers. We didn't use the shower so I don't know the condition. Would definatly stay again.

Tent camped here 3 nights. Quiet and tranquil white sand beach and in my opinion much prettier than beaches located closer to town. There are numerous low tides at the beach where you can take your dog out for a shallow swim. Seems to be cooler with nice breezes compared to downtown San Felipe beaches - and certainly prettier. There are numerous low tides at the beach where you can take your dog out for a shallow swim. Seems to be cooler with nice breezes compared to downtown San Felipe beaches - and certainly prettier. Caretaker Ruben is nice. 300mxn/night with faucet water, showers & bathrooms. No electric. No wi-fi.
According to expat residences who live here in winter it is an luxury RV resort that went into bank receivership. It is a really pretty beach so hope other's will venture beyond downtown San Felipe to enjoy it.
