    "Bad Water When it Rains"

I had seen another review about brown water. I asked about this issue when I made my reservation. I was told the problem only occurs when during a heavy rain. As luck would have it, my last night it rained nearly a half inch after raining some previously. When I arrived at my next RV Park , I hooked up to water and flushed the toilet. This...

Still relevant. We paid $44/night, FHU. Sunny sites with tree shade options. Nice separation and layout of sites so they seem roomy compared to many typ rv parks. We are happy here and would return if in the area and corridor. WiFi and cellular good.

"Very Nice Park And Amenities "

When pulling into this park the surroundings are iffy but once you turn into the park all of that goes away. This resort is top notch! Sites are spacious, and views are awesome. The only issue was the laundry facilities the front loaded machines smelled of mildew and were dirty inside the lip of the machines. We would definitely go back!

    "Great Park!!"

We stayed here in our 38' motorhome with toad. The spaces were HUGE and each had a lockable storage closet large enough for bikes. There was lots of space and instead of picnic tables they had tables and chairs, a nice addition. The staff was very nice and had many suggestions for local places. Each spot also had a garbage can and a recycle bin....

    "Well Laid Out Park"

active staractive staractive staractive starinactive star
The park is easy to navigate and most sites are pull throughs with full hookups. There is patches of lawn between each site and a cement pad/patio. The staff was very friendly and price reasonable for a newer park. Bonus is the gourmet coffee in the office. Only negative is the location on I 5, a lot of road noise on the back side. Would stop...
