We arrived really late and the office was already closed. It was our first night and we didn't reserve or book anything in advance unfortunately.
However, people who stayed there drove me to the marina to meet the owner that he could open the office just for us. He wasn't there that night and the others reached out to a few people and at the end a nice lady opened up the office and gave us a place to stay!
Super clean and really nice neighborhood!

This place is a zoo with kids running around on golf carts and majority of people with permanent places. Lots of drinking. Staff impossible to reach. BIG speed bumps that we saw bottom out one camper. Not a recommend.

Awful! It’s rundown and very cramped. Not what it used to be at all. Would not recommend.

This campground is a fun, convenient spot to camp. It has a pool, game room, water access and is close to groceries and restaurants. It is also just a few minutes to Homassassa Springs by boat and that's a great place to hang out. They will allow you to use 4-wheelers as long as you stay under the 5 mph speed limit. This allowed us to use the 4-wheeler to load/unload the jet ski. I would say it is very family friendly, but we went with some others who didn't think that was the case. It has a bar/restaurant at the boat ramp. While, I thought it was great, my friends didn't. They have a lot of waterfront spots, but most are taken by long-term residents and those that you can rent are very tight. The dock is public, so if you have a waterfront site, you won't have much privacy. We have been here several times and our only complaint is the dock space. The space behind your campsite is supposed to be for your boat, but a lot of people have boats that are wider than their site (very tight) so it spills over into your dock space. It can be difficult at times. If you camp away from the water, the site are much more roomy. Overall, though, it's a fun place.

Tiki bar with live music pretty lively and kayak launch convenient. We would not stay here again or recommend.

Stayed here for 3 weeks - sites all seemed mostly level. The area near us (72 and 74X) nearer to the front entrance seemed quieter than the area down by the marina and the bar/restaurant. I was able to launch my kayak for $5 from the boat launch at the marina, which was great! It is probably a 30-40 min paddle to Homosassa Springs one way. For those who want to go to the springs - turn right out of the boat launch, go under the overpass, and turn left at the first branch. No wifi internet at the sites - I used my Verizon and AT&T hotspots to work remotely (Verizon was stronger than AT&T, but both worked fine), and I could stream Netflix using 2 bars on my Verizon phone. Supposedly there is internet at the clubhouse, but my parents couldn't get it to work. Cable tv had mixed success - even though next door to my parents, I had fuzzy tv but lots of channels, and they had clear tv with a handful of channels. Sites are a little small, but everyone was respectful and friendly. A little older amenities, but everything was very clean. All in all, I would stay here again.

It’s much more expensive then compendium says. Rates are $53 per night non-waterfront and $63 per night waterfront. That’s pretty expensive for a sandlot. That’s why I have not stayed there.

This park used to be OK. It always had dirty bathroom in the loop. Always had a no refund policy. But back then I came with groups of friends and there was always someone willing to take over campsite or "rental". Six years ago park got Mike the new manager. And things have gone downhill. I went from a tent to a tiny five foot tent on wheels. MIKE says that means I can no longer share a site. HUH? Really, then MIKE has a permanent renter with a FIFTY foot rig, a six person TENT and Twelve foot screen room, THREE vehicles, FIVE bikes, I don't how many adults and a gaggle of KIDS and MIKE puts "all of them them" and all that stuff on ONE site next to to me. MIKE MIKE. MIKE. They encroach on everyone. The first thing they do is PUT their truck on my site. YEAH. The unruly kids start running on MY site and start opening up doors on my personal vehicles. Their unruly kids start getting into all the adjacent campsites and tearing UP gear...and my friends leave early, no refund or not. MIKE MIKE MIKE. sure security was called. Guess what MIKE. I am now part of several RV groups. Yes MIKE and I always am asked where to stay. and I never ever ever recommend YOUR place. Not in a million years. So none of the groups meet at your place anymore...and you have expanded to 90 more sites??? oh good more awful permanent renters. Mike likes to get on sites and say you should have called me. I called YOU MIKE..you said tough. Security eventually made them move the truck but I lost peace of mind, of being able to kayak or go to dinner and not have the hooligans destroying my gear. and tell me again why they were allowed a fifty foot rv, a six man tent, a 12 foot screen room and THREE full size vehicles on one site and I could only have a micro camper and one vehicle???? for the same price. I am speechless. Well MIKE I am posting on every site I can find about you as a manager and Natures Resort...and will keep posting, to remind them..and keep telling my RV friends MIKE MIKE MIKE. I will be posting for YEARS. How long has it been oh yeah Three years... Hope you enjoyed the thirty five bucks you got from me because I could not share a site. Was it worth it?? You lost a ton of business. I don't get mad I get even. I will make sure you lose money MIKE and I am good at that. MIKE.
