Staff was very nice and had cookies made for us when we arrived! Small playground for kids is helpful after traveling all day, very clean facilities and nice big sites. Very nice and quiet small town that’s nice to see with great food! Highly recommend!!

Our check-in was easy and the office has a nice store with local crafts, camping needs, some snacks and local foods, and many decorative camping items. The level site was gravel with a grass area and picnic table. This is a privately owned campground and is very well maintained. The bathroom is very clean and beautiful.

CLEAN & well maintained campground. Bathrooms & showers were spotless. Laundry room was awesome. 4 washers/dryers, washers $2 & Dryers $1.50, also had iron & ironing board. My friend and I were riding our motorcycles cross country and needed a cabin as storms were coming into the area. I liked it soo much we decided to spend a down day off the bikes and spent an extra day relaxing here.
Camp owners are simply amazing and the facilities are spotlessly maintained. Especially the bathrooms- after camping in the national Parks and Forrest for the last two weeks this was a much needed respite !

Very nice campground! Pool, extremely clean bathrooms/showers, laundry, free pool table, ping pong, giant Jenga. Owners are very nice! Spots are a little close together, but, we would definitely stay here again. Good WiFi and 3 bars with T-mobile. Quiet and no railroad track noise!

A great place to spend the night or a week. Located in Sundance, you are within a hour of so many things to go see. Very clean and up to date. Cell signal could be better with no LTE, 4G or 5G, just basic cell service. but the internet here is pretty nice. No problems streaming movies and my daughter was even able to do a little online... more

Cell signal could be better with no LTE, 4G or 5G, just basic cell service. but the internet here is pretty nice. No problems streaming movies and my daughter was even able to do a little online gaming. Some sites are pretty close to each other but we spent most our time out exploring. Owners are really pleasant and great to talk to.

There is an upper and lower level to the campground. On the lower level (where we were) the sites are close enough to “reach out and touch someone” where up above there seems to be more space between sites.

EZ on and off art 90 either way. Close gas station and a food market down the street.
Very clean and nice with a nice pool.
Cowgirl pizza down the street with good pizza and will deliver to your site.
