"Horrible service very frustrating"

Called in to make a reservation the same day which I rarely do, and the reservation agent was unhelpful in that I was not given any information on how to check in. Also, their phones are horrible I could not even understand what they were saying. I called in several times and each time was hard to even understand the person talking on the other...

Arrived late & had trouble understanding provided map to site. Arrow signs show 1 direction but painted rd arrow show opposite direction. You'll hear jet noise! Nice lawn area between sites. We had pull thru. Picnic table provided. Pool covered. Dog area good. Didn't use other facilities. Some fast food & fuel station nearby.
