The customer service was outstanding. There was a really nice dog walk area; maybe one of the best we have encountered in an RV park so far. Unfortunately the park itself was just not what we were looking for. The sites were too close together and it was just too noisy. During the daylight hours there was a constant background noise of barking dogs and kids playing in a motorized car. I suppose camping in the middle of a big city and on the site of a popular tourist destination, the lack of space and the noise should have been expected. We were anxious to move on.

Laundry room gives you an option fo pay with credit card, coins or an app. Rode my bike 1/2 mile south for some great soul food from Kountry Cookin, and then we took a Lyft for dinner out. We have no interest in seeing the Graceland tour, but this was still a good, solid spot. I was able to walk across the street and see Graceland and it’s front gates. Friendly staff and security. Full hookups and we were able to easily drive through out spot. Our spot didn’t have a tree which would be tough for a multi-day stay, but we had been coming from 5 days of rain, so the bright sun was a welcome for us. Used the good Sam discount.

Price included Good Sam discount. You could hear planes from the nearby airport and every loud car/motorcycle driving down Elvis Presley Blvd.

Walking distance to Graceland and a quick Uber to downtown Memphis.
Our spot wasn’t the best, there were better spots. It was $6 cheaper to not have FHU, and we also had a GS membership. We stayed for location. Picnic table was not in good shape. good area with grass for our dog. Good price for the area!

Not too much shade and some areas (pool, sitting pavilion) were closed bc of COVID-19 what gave the place a sad atmosphere. We walked to the Graceland tour directly from the campground through a gate which is kept open specifically for this purpose. We could hear airplanes starting during the second night from the near airport.

I enjoy the convenience of urban camping and some campgrounds are better than others. The setting here is certainly nothing to get excited about. There are campgrounds in more natural settings not that far (www.campendium.com/hernando-point for example) but if you want to be close to the city for exploring Graceland, the music, the civil rights history, etc. then this is a pretty good bet. It is easy to get to, is secure, across the parking lot from the entrance to Graceland and 20 minutes from Beale Street. Check-in was quick, sites are reasonably level, long enough for most rigs and tow vehicles, plus full hookups. My rate included the standard 10% Good Sam discount.

Our first visit, found this park to be very nice, well kept and convenient to everything Elvis.
Trash pickup daily, electric, water, sewer and WiFi worked as expected. Staff was friendly, bath house clean and security on duty. Site was spacious enough, with picnic table. we were in a 38 foot coach. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here at the end of October 2018, and there wasn't much about this trip that went right for us. The city roads around the park are in terrible shape and make for dangerous towing. I know the campground can't help that, but that alone would make me reconsider ever coming here again. The sites are pretty tight to maneuver through, especially if you have a big rig. Our pull-thru site required some maneuvering to get in and out with our 35' 5th wheel and long-bed truck. And then there wasn't much space left for parking the truck. The gravel ground quickly turned to mud with some rain, and was a complete mess. The park itself is not much to look at, with few amenities. The WiFi was practically unusable, and when I brought it up to the front desk, they just gave me a pre-printed slip with a phone number to call "support". I know campgrounds try to shirk responsibility for their WiFi by delegating that to an outside company, but that doesn't make my experience enjoyable. For $47/night I expected way better.

We stayed at this RV Park and loved that it was right across the street from Graceland and all the other Elvis buildings. We were parked in slot #70 which was just next to the fence where you go and take the bus to Graceland. A number of people walked right beside our camper going to and from the site. Our major complaint was the 3 story building next door was being torn down which was only about 70 yards away from us. They started construction before 8am and continued all day so the noise was a nuance. We didn't know this was happening before we went there. We still would have stayed there though for the convenience. It was easy to access and get into and out of the RV park. We took the bus tour of Memphis and enjoyed that and then stayed to eat at BB Kings place on Beale street. The BBQ was fantastic and the music though very loud was really good. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the RV Park and also the city of Memphis.

We camped here for the convenience to Graceland and besides the friendly employees, that was really the only good feature of this park. We were very disappointed with the accommodations, especially for the price, and would not recommend staying here.
Value:
We figured that the $47/night (a discounted Good Sam rate) would we worthwhile to save time and parking visiting Graceland. But the site quality was so poor, the value was terrible.
The park was small (which was a positive) but the sites were also too close to each other. And a number of the RV spaces, including ours, are right next to the cabins. This wouldn't necessarily be a problem except for we had to deal with very noisy cabin inhabitants that caused us to call security one night. During the day, we had to deal with the constant noise of the teardown of the adjacent Heartbreak Hotel.
The sites are gravel and very poorly set-up to handle any type of rain. After a half day of rain, there was a couple inches of standing water on the back part of our site and our entire site was soaked. The positioning of the electrical box and the standing water also caused our 30amp cable to be in four inches of water- yikes!
Dog-Friendly:
We appreciated the good-sized green area to walk our dog. Unfortunately, there was no place to take our dog off-leash. From the number of dogs we saw at the park, it would be beneficial to have an off-leash area.
Runner's and Biker's Rave:
The sidewalk on Elvis Presley Blvd where the park is located is spotty and broken in spots so it's tricky to run or bike in the area unless you're very watchful of traffic. There's no bike lanes anywhere near the park which is also different than most areas we've stayed in.
Overall, this was one of the highest cost parks we've stayed at in our travels across the country and provided the lowest value for the money.

We made a reservation on Friday for Sunday sand possible Monday nites. The person I spoke to did not say anything about being charged for one nite should I have to cancel. When I called and cancelled, I left a message we were not going to make our reservation. When she called back she informed me we would be charged for one night. First I heard that info and told her. I advised she did not have the authority to charge my card w/o my permission. She advised me she would charge my card because I should have checked r/r on their website and if I wanted to talk to someone regarding this to call Elvis Presley Enterprise. When and if you decide to camp here, please make sure they tell you about their cancellation policy. These people are ripoffs.
